This can be yours when you rent this beautiful home! Hotels can't beat this! Amazingly beautiful, 4 bedroom, 3 full bath(s) new home is located on a ridge in the Monument, Colorado area. Expansive south facing decks afford guests spectacular views of the Front Range, US Air Force Academy, Pikes Peak, Cheyenne Mountain far to the south and a very private sunbathing area. The property is perfect for families looking for a semi-urban setting and couples seeking an intimate vacation.
The Remington Hill House has four bedrooms and three full baths. It sleeps a maximum of 10 people (12 with air bed). Here are the sleeping arrangements. Upper level Master Bedroom: King bed which opens to a spacious bathroom with separate walk-in closet. Bedroom #2: Queen with a Twin. Bedroom #3: King with a Twin. These 2 Bedrooms share a Jack & Jill Bath. Main floor offers Bedroom #4: Queen with fireplace. This bedroom has bath adjacent in hallway. Additional air mattresses [bedding or sleeping bags] available upon request.
The Main level has a living room, dining room, kitchen with island, breakfast nook (views of Pikes Peak), family room with TV, books and games for the entire family. The Upper level offers laundry room.
The Lower level offers no guest access. However side entrance allows for back yard enjoyment.
Drive to the top of 14,110 foot Pikes Peak in your car or ride the cog-railway. Visit Santa’s North Pole workshop. See the famous Cheyenne Mountain Zoo and the Will Rogers Shrine. Stroll through fabulous Garden of the Gods. Explore Cave of the Winds. Take a walk through history in the Manitou Cliff Dwellings of the native Ute Indians.
The property is a little over 2 1/2 miles to the USAF North Entrance, is 20 minutes from downtown Colorado Springs and approximately 1 hour from downtown Denver (These travel times do not take into account for traffic or weather conditions.)

Besides the open floor plan, which enhances the feeling of togetherness, WiFi and home DVD/CD, the house itself offers 2 large south facing decks providing expansive mountain views to the west and a serene valley view to the east. Our first experience with VRBO. In a word - stellar. Owner terrific to deal with, house was just as advertised and the location outstanding regards proximity to the Academy (opposite of traffic flow), shopping and eating facilities at Briargate. Owners returned entire security deposit almost immediately. Family had a wonderful time and the outside view of the Academy campus only added to the joy of the occasion. We would rent from them again in a heartbeat.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Rates
$375 per night when booking for (6) night minimum. $450 per night for shorter stays (3) night minimum A deposit equal to 50% of your rent due at the time the reservation is made. A refundable security deposit: $500 required prior to occupancy. Non-refundable fees; cleaning deposit $250/stay & If pet approval $250/stay. Air Force Graduation week is $450 per night for (6) night minimum A non refundable security deposit if any tobacco use on site
