Please come and enjoy our wonderful, tropical, and very clean, pool-side condominium at Kamaole Sands. We are in the highly sought after 6 bldg. Spend your days lounging at the pool right outside of your back door or take the three-minute stroll through the immaculately landscaped grounds to beautiful Kamaole III Beach Park. This resort is a great place for families as is the Beach Park across the street.
Our 818-square-foot condominium offers one (1) bedroom with a King size double pillow top bed and two 2 baths (one with bath tub). It is modern and remodeled. Our front living room has a new sofa pull out bed and many other upgrades! The kitchen is fully equipped with all new appliances, setting for 12, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, wok, blender, rice cooker, plenty of pots/pans, utensils, washer/dryer (in the condo) iron/ironing board and many more items to make your stay extremely comfortable. There is new floor tile throughout the condominium. The lanai has filtered pool views, with the afternoon trade winds gently blowing through and keeping you cool and comfortable. This is a ground-level unit with a large lanai and semi private grass area. Come and see our custom "under water mural" in one of the bathrooms. There is lots of shopping and restaurants within short walking distance. We also have FREE Mai-Tai parties every Wednesday from 3 till 5 pm!

Welcome to our "home away from home". We want you to have a great time while visiting maui and as our guests at the Kamaole Sands. We are in the highy sought after 6 bldg (105). We hope you find our ground level, poolside condo to your liking. We live in South Lake Tahoe, Ca. and have two girls. These are some of our recommendations on things to do while on Maui. The sunsets from the Kam III beachpark across the street are magnificent and some evenings there are local musicians playing on the grass. Don't miss the Wednesday Mai Tai parties at the pool from 3 until 5. The Mai Tai's are free and there is live music. If you are into doing a snorkel trip by boat and have children or would also like to get an education on the marine life around Maui, we recommend the Pacific Whale Foundation boat out of Maalea Harbor. The staff there are friendly, professional and have abundant knowledge of the local waters. The Maui aquarium is a must see attraction. It is also located at Maalea Harbor, a fifteen minute drive from Kamaole Sands. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance of Kamaole Sands. We like Fred's for dining and great sunsets. Maui Tacos is just a bit farther down the road and has great food for reasonable prices. Eskimo Candy is another fabulous place. It is family owned and operated and they are wonderful people. This is THE spot for fresh Sushi and they have a small kitchen for wonderful fish and chips, ribs, hamburgers ..etc. they are closed on weekends (thier family time). Enjoy your vacation! Aloha!!
