This oceanfront home is ideally suited for your vacation dreams! The sandy beach and blue Pacific Ocean are your back yard. Enjoy breath-taking sunrise and sunset views from every room and terrace.
Two master bedrooms have king beds, and 2 bedrooms have 2 queen beds in each. Each has a private bathroom, large walk-in closets, and a 42-inch plasma TV. The bathrooms have jetted tubs and stone tile showers with double showerheads. There are lounging areas on terraces off all 4 bedroom to relax and enjoy the ocean view and the expansive, sandy beach. There is also a wet bar and microwave on the second floor.
This 4700 sq.ft.,one-year old home also has 2800 sq.ft in private patios and covered terraces surrounding a large infinity pool with children's wading area. The pool has a fire pit with comfortable seating area, a jacuzzi, and a pagola with an over-the-pool hammock. An outdoor kitchen with Vking BBQ, sink, wet bar, wine cooler, and refrigerator makes for great entertaining.
The large gourmet kitchen has all Viking and Sub Zero appliances which include oven, range, dishwasher, large side-by-side refrigerator/freezer, icemaker, wine cooler and a built-in Krupp's European coffee system. Countertops are all granite, with seating area around the island, beautiful mahogany wood cabintry and double sinks. The house is equipped with a personal computer with full internet access.
Maid service is included daily. All of the water supplied to the home (and throughout the resort), is purified and safe for drinking. The home has a two-car garage, a mini garage for golf cart, and a security and control system.
All guests staying in our home have full-access to all amenities of the spectacular Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach Resort. This includes all of the fine restaurants, 6 pools with swim-up bars, delis, bars, European Health Spa and Fitness Center, spa and pool at the nearby holistic Pacifica, coffee shops, medical center, chapel, adult and kids' activities, and concierge.
