With a view towards the mountains, our spacious 3800 square foot home is situated on a wooded half-acre lot about a mile from Downtown Breckenridge and Peaks 7, 8, 9, and 10.
"Elk Ridge" comfortably accommodates up to ten people with its 4 bedrooms (3 full bathrooms) and two large living areas. Beautifully decorated and accessorized, our home has all the amenities to make you feel at home. After a day of skiing or hiking, enjoy the hot tub under the stars, or relax in front of the moss stone walled fireplace.
The large master suite (king-sized bed) is on the top floor of this three story house. On the main level, there are two bedrooms (queen-sized beds) and bathroom, large kitchen, and dining and living areas. The house's lower level features another bedroom (king-sized bed) with bath, den (with a queen sleeper sofa), game table, and utility room.
