About the owner: Sullivan Properties, Inc. is a general real estate and management firm, located on the Westside of Maui. Originally formed in 1979 as Lahaina Towne Brokerage, Sullivan Properties has “grown up” on the island of Maui. Patrick who acts as the Principal Broker administers an experienced service-oriented sales staff. Patrick grew up on Maui and graduated from Lahainaluna High School. Patrick went on to earn a business degree in Real Estate and Finance at the University of Oregon and obtained his Hawaii broker’s license in 1979. The current owner has been with us since 2008. The owners have remodeled the kitchen with new granite counter tops, and new appliances. This unit has a lot of repeat guests.
Our office is right across the street from the Sands of Kahana where we have a full time maintenance staff if anything were to go wrong. We can assist you with all your island activities/restaurant reservations/golf t-times etc. We manage multiple units at the Sands of Kahana so if you have friends or family visiting we can accommodate them as well.
