This was a beautiful property. The location was very nice for our planned activities, it was close to nice beaches, and it was a very relaxing environment. Sullivan Properties was able to find me this great location on short notice during an extremely busy time of the year. The price charged was very fair at a time when other properties were taking advantage of the busy season to price-gouge. They efficiently and quickly got all materials to me prior to my vacation. The condominium was very spacious and allowed for a relaxing environment. The grilling area was clean and accessible with new appliances. The pool was very nice.Did you find this review helpful? Almost perfect, the unit was great, great location... however there were several young loud children... especially the little elephant above us up each morning at 6 am... But I know this is beyond your control. We did enjoy the unit and complex and all the amenities, and things available in the unit were perfect! Everything was exactly what we needed. Location was great. It was clean and enjoyable. I appreciated all my prompt replies to inquires and questions I had. Originally formed in 1979 as Lahaina Towne Brokerage, Sullivan Properties has “grown up” on the island of Maui. Patrick who acts as the Principal Broker administers an experienced service-oriented sales staff. Patrick grew up on Maui and graduated from Lahainaluna High School. Patrick went on to earn a business degree in Real Estate and Finance at the University of Oregon and obtained his Hawaii broker’s license in 1979. We have managed this unit since 2006. The owners have remodeled the kitchen with new counter tops and new appliances in 2004. This unit has a lot of repeat guests.
Our office is right down the road in Kahana, where we have a full time maintenance staff if anything were to go wrong. We can assist you with all your island activities, restaurant reservations, golf t-times, etc. We manage multiple units at Kahana Sunset, so if you have friends or family visiting we can accommodate them as well.
