Enjoy all of the comforts of home in this wonderful FIRST FLOOR END UNIT golf villa with three private bedrooms(sleeps 6, no sleeping in the living room)& two baths. No stairs! Relax on the screened porch or on the deck.

The villa has 4 TVs, DVD, CD/radio and VCR player. Guests will find a selection of books and magazines to read along with games to play. Enjoy cooking in the upgraded kitchen which boasts two microwaves, convection oven, regular oven, and other appliances.

This villa is within easy walking distance to all of the Bear Trap amenities - indoor heated lap-sized pool, well-appointed fitness center with exercise equipment and free weights, 2 outdoor pools, children's pools, sauna, hot tub, tennis courts, 27 hole championship golf course, and a clubhouse with a pro shop and a first class restaurant which serves lunch, dinner, Sunday brunch and has a fully-stocked bar.

Bear Trap Village also offers a FREE beach shuttle to Bethany Beach every half hour during the summer. The shuttle stop is at the corner of our building - no need to worry about parking at the beach!

The Village of Bear Trap Dunes is minutes from Bethany Beach where you can find many specialty stores and great restaurants, along with the beach and boardwalk.

We are conveniently located between Rehoboth/Dewey Beaches and Ocean City, Maryland.

  • My family and parents stayed aug 4 - 11 2007. We had a wonderful time, the condo has everything you could need and more. We felt like we were home. The screened in porch was very comfortable and inviting. The condo was very clean and organized. I would recommened this place to anyone who wants to visit the quiet resort.   • We have been coming to Bear Trap the past three years and by far your place has been the one that feels most like home to us. The place was decorated beautifully and we loved the fact that there were books/magazines in almost every room to look through. The book that was put together on places to see, restaurant menus etc. was such a nice touch. Our kids loved the screened in porch and backyard area - perfect for bubble blowing and roaming around with our close watch. We would definitely refer others to your place. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

  • This was a great place to stay. We went with our 4 year old son and in-laws. There was plenty of room for all of us and lots of entertainment to keep everyone happy. The furnishings and decorations were very nice. Bear Trap is a great place to stay--the pool is huge and close enough to the beach for day trips. The owners took great care to provide everything you could possibly need including magazines, books, games, linens, and even menus for all the local restaurants. We strongly recommend this to anyone considering a trip to Bethany Beach.

  • What a terrific place! Ultra-clean, light and airy, and beautifully decorated. The kids liked the screened in porch and deck, as well as the grassy area in back to play. We loved the large pool with pool toys, and the pool grill. The whole vacation was very easy and enjoyable, with all the right amenities.
