  We rented the unit for the month of January, We had not really known about the area, however we had friends that had stayed on the Island before and really liked it. We found the unit clean and surprisingly larger than the pictures showed. The two bedrooms were large and very nice. It was nice having the second bath room as we had people come and visit for a few days. Over all very satisfied with the unit and working with Jennifer the owner. It was really nice being only half a block off the beach, and half a block from the down town. There is also a health fitness center close by with lots of people watching, as they came and went. One surprice was the Bently with the driver looking alot like Tom Cruise, found out later that his folks live on Siesta Key ( Maybe ) The beach is truly, amazing and makes an excellent vacation spot. The restaurants were all excellent as well as the Daiquiri Deck Thank you for a very relaxing stay. Jennifer

  Steps from the beach, close to the main street, yet very peaceful. The condo itself very clean and modern. Loved it!

• Amazing Place!

  Renting a new place is always a little stressful because I never know how it will turn out. This place really beat my expecations by a long shot. The location is the absolute best. I honestly don't think any other spot would give the same experience. Every morning I would wake up to go look for dolphins at the beach, which is only a few steps out the door. I found it really easy to wake up in the morning to go exploring because the weather is so amazingly comfortable and the beach is so beautiful. The beach has the softest sand I have ever felt and seen in my life. The feeling when walking bare foot in it is incredible. Swimming in the ocean was a highlight for me. I was in the water every day of the vacation. Searching for sand dollars and just enjoying how warm and refreshing the water is made my trip. Since the villa is located on the key, the atmosphere is that of a small town feel. Right around the corner from the villa are outdoor bars and restaurants and many small shops to check out. Theres even a small grocery store a short walk away, so it was easy to stock the fridge. I came out of the vacation feeling relaxed, happy, and upset that I had to leave. Between the 4 of us that rented the villa, we all agree that we will be going back. Also, the villa housed all 4 of us extremely comfortably. It could definitely hold 2 more people and still be very comfortable. I'm not a great writer, so I can't effectively convey just how great the villa is to whoever is reading this. I promise you that if you rent this place you'll love it!

  I loved this place! We stayed here in May 2012 (four adults) and lived very comfortably. The place is the BEST location that I have stayed in a long time! Literally steps to the ocean water as well as all ammenities (shops, grocery store, ice cream, etc). One we arrived, we did not need to use our car again. The place itself was very clean, and included everything you would need/want in a beachhouse. The place equipted us with everything we needed for the beach, including chairs, an umbrella and beach towels. It was very cute and classy inside and provided internet/big screen tv if we needed a break from the sun. The place also has all the cooking wear we needed for eating in some of the nights, and is also walking distance to all the main restaurants for when we ate out. Overall, we had an awesome experience here and I would highly recommend it for 4 adults or a family of 5. If you decide to stay here, this is what you can look forward to: -Early morning walks to the beach to watch the dolfins playing -Shopping within walking distance -Awesome night life (All the main restaurants and night pubs are literally one block away) -Amazing sun sets over the ocean I will definately be back!
