  We spent a holiday with friends at The Lotus Terraces and enjoyed it tremendously. We stayed at Lotus Beach Villa – it is just steps away to the beach, beautiful villa with good size terraces for lounging, outdoor dining, top notch facilities - it's awesome, we love it!??The master bedroom is large and very tastefully furnished with a luxurious bathroom complete with “outdoor” sunken bath and rain shower. The other rooms are equally comfortably furnished, very clean and on par with any 5-star hotel rooms. The resort pool and villa pool plus children's play pool, the private gym (with top class gym equipment), foosball, pool table, large screen TV with games, etc kept all of us happy and relaxed, not forgetting the private spa for that amazing massage. ??Wi-fi is available throughout the resort, we love idyllic times spent at the pool deck, posting mesmerizing colours of sunsets onto Facebook, Instagram. We had our own IPad but if one needs the use of a proper computer, there's an IMac in the master bedroom/study.??The dream kitchen is very well fitted if you wish to do your own cooking but the villa comes with a chef who was so good, we happily stayed in for more meals and didn’t want venture out to try some Samui restaurants we had meant to. ??On service – first class. We were very well looked after by Rose and Chef Nam and Sue, the Resort Manager of course. All very efficient, friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Thank you, ladies!??Our only complaint: 4 nights was definitely too short – we need to return

  This January was our third winter vacation in Lotus villa.We always stay there for at least 20 days.Our kids(on 7 and 14) also love this villa. Wonderful place, five-star service and a lot of good people around. If you want to feel at home, this is your place. We are already planning our next vacation there. Thank to all team of *The Lotus Terraces* for having them there with us!

  Our stay at Lotus Terraces was PERFECT and it’s just too good to miss for anyone travelling to Koh Samui. Just can’t praise it enough. Just like many other good resorts, you would expect nice swimming pools, good location with nice and “private” beaches, spacious rooms and other facilities. However, the one thing stood out and made it PERFECT for us was the service we received. My wife and I got married at Koh Samui, at a hotel (we could have had it in the villa but thought hotel was more formal for it) while 27 friends joined from around the world. We rented 3.5 villas at Lotus. There are many good hotels/villas around the world, but Lotus offered the best service by far to my experience. The staffs there were unbelievably good. In particular, Sue (the resort manager) was extremely (again unbelievably) helpful. Our guests arrived and departed at different times, many of whom could only stay for 2-3 nights therefore it was difficult to make the arrangements to meet the minimum stay for discounted room rates. We exchanged many emails with Lotus (Jane and Sue) about the situation and they were very efficient in coming back and offered innovative solutions. (Despite the time differences, we exchanged a few emails a day.) During the stay Sue and her team took good care of everyone, all we had to do was ask. One night we had a little problem and needed help, Sue and her team even got out of bed to get it for us (about 2am in the morning). One of our guests was running a little late to catch the flight back home, Sue contacted the airport and asked them to give a little extra time, and she went to the airport with our guest, stayed there and made sure he got on the plane, before returning to the villa – along with many other examples. These are probably not on her job description, but she does everything for you with passion. It’s an experience money can’t buy and again, I can’t praise Jane, Sue, Rose and the team enough.

  A haven of absolute bliss, harmony and tropical indulgence set amongst the backdrop of the stunning Gulf of Siam and surrounded by the peaceful and luxurious Lotus Terraces. Rise early in the morning, grab a cup of coffee and enjoy the sunrise over the crystal clear waters. Spend the day by the pool or on the beach and take in the spectacular sunset as the ocean and heaven turn red from the sun. Dine with the sound of waves turning on the beach. Everything whilst you are surrounded by the utter luxury which is The Lotus Terraces. All villas hold a suberb high standard, nothing but the best has been used when constructing this lovely place. And, feel relaxed that you are taken care of by professional, kind and service minded staff 24/7. We stayed at The Lotus Beach Villa for two weeks with our friends and family for our wedding. The Lotus Terraces helped us plan and budget our wedding via mail and skype from our home country in Europe. For six months, we planned our wedding with the extremely efficient and deligthful staff. Upon arrival, we were picked up from the airport and taken to the villas. All our plans were executed with extraordinary measures by the staff and we got the perfect wedding we always wanted. Everything from the ceremony on the beach, to the cocktail reception and the mindblowing 5 course dinner far exceeded our expectations. The whole day was a dream come (through) true for us and we will forever hold The Lotus Terraces dear in our hearts. Thank you again to the amazing team that made this possible. So, if you are looking for the perfect Samui holiday, being with friends, family or just your sweetheart, we highly recommend The Lotus Terraces. We've travelled the world and stayed at luxury hotels and resorts in many countries, but no one delivers such tranquility and wellness as The Lotus Terraces.

  WOW! We have just returned from an absolutely GORGEOUS 2 weeks at The Lotus Terraces - we were lucky enough to celebrate our wedding, honeymoon and 2 family 40th birthdays at this idyllic spot. Absolute bliss and 100 % recommended. As a wedding journalist specialising in honeymoon hotels, finding the perfect place to tie the knot and enjoy a honeymoon was always going to be a challenge. After approx 8 months of searching on the internet (the vague brief: a gorgeous beachfront villa on a Thai beach - any Thai beach!) we finally tracked down the beautiful Lotus Terraces. It looked like EXACTLY what we'd been searching for... Once the villa was booked (we opted for the beautiful Lotus Villa - the website pix looked stunning and the ideal place for hosting our special occasion), we had our first email contact with Ton - the Most Amazing Wedding Organiser on The Planet! Ton is a true professional - via email contact, together we planned every single detail of our dream wedding day. Ton patiently persevered with my ever changing ideas and helped us create an amazing wedding So, the villas are stylish, sleek and up there with your Banyan Trees any day, the wedding planning service was impeccable and the villa location is idyllic - but after working for years and years reviewing wedding, honeymoon and hotel/villas worldwide, I know that there is one more vital ingredient that makes a great destination an star destination - and that is the staff... well, I can honestly say, that The Lotus Terraces staff are absolutely five star... Well, I could write about this place (and my perfect wedding day!) all night, but the point is to give an honest account of a hotel/villa location: so, to sum up, five star all round and, if you're seeking a five star beach wedding, The Lotus Terraces is it!!!! Absolute five star all round!
