  The condo was very spacious,clean and an overall great place to stay. It is a short walk from the beach, stores and restaurants. It has a nice pool and the grounds are very well kept. Would definitely stay again!

  Condo was very nice, neat & clean. Was within walking distance from several restaurants & businesses. Nice quiet atmosphere, pool was nice and was within walking distance from the beach. Condo was well stocked with all our needs. Would definately stay here again.

  Our condo was a delite, it was spacious, well stocked with linens, iron and board, washer and dryer and the kitchen was well equipped from pots and pan to a blender. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly.

  Condo was very nice just like the pictures show and clean and well maintained. The pool is heated so on the cool days it was enjoyable. Very close to the public beach access.

  Everything was fantastic. Owner really helpful. Easy transaction. Quiet place. Near the beach. Condo is clean, enough place. Having a pool is a good option but the beach is so beautiful. Really enjoy. Recommand it to my friends and family. Thanks Juanita :)

  Very nice condo and the owners make sure that you have enough towels and kitchen utensils. Condo was quiet and very clean would love to stay there again.

  Our family stayed in the condo for 10 days in May 2012. The owners were very good about leaving directions on everything (from the condo rules to how to connect to the wireless). The condo was clean. There is enough kitchen utensils, cookware, and dishes. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the owners provided little things that you don't always find in a condo on arrival and often have to buy (toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, hand soap). The complex is not very big, so it is quiet. The greatest thing about it is that the pool is heated and open till 1 a.m. The damage deposit was returned within a week. Thank you

  Wanita, I can only thank you for allowing my fiancee and I to stay at your wonderful condo. As soon as we walked in, the condo gave a sense of home. Very beautiful modern touches throughout the condo combined with comfortable surroundings made it a perfect combination for our tastes. St. Pete Beach is literally a 2 minute walk from the condo, but if you're more of a pool person, the pool in the condo complex will suit you just fine. Overall, I'd recommend this condo to anyone looking for a warm, comfortable, modern condo at the heart of Florida's beach country. Outstanding, thanks again
