We were meeting my daughter and her new boyfriend for the first time and they were coming from Clinton, Mo. and we were coming from Chicago. We were looking for a place they we could meet at in the Ozarks. They looked on the internet and so did we and we both agreed on this property. It looked exactly like the pictures on the website. It was very clean and everyone was happy.The grounds were really kept up to. The weather was very hot so we didn't get much use out of the game room in the garage because it was very hot in there, but we did spend most of our time swimming off the boat dock. The water was so nice. I plan on using this for future vacations because you made it so easy to do. I will recommend this to my friends. Thanks for the enjoyable vacation. As we drove around we noticed that they are building a grocery store a lot closer which is nice to know. The other store was a far ride. We visited the HA HA TONKA state park and that was beautiful. For the shopping we drove over to Osage Beach. Will definitly be back.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

My group and I (five total) came in town to attend Brostock 2012. We loved the house, the remodel hjob was done very well and made the house seem like it was brand new. Having the dock was great because we brought our boat with us. The kitchen was fully stocked with pretty much anything we would need and there was plenty of room for all of us. It was so nice to wake up in the mornings and have coffee out on the deck overlooking the lake. We would definately stay here again. The only complaint we had from our group was that there wasnt any Wi-Fi - other than that, perfect place to stay!!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.
