Sunsetyards comes with 5 bikes , ocean views, enclosed safe yard, OUTSIDE PLAYROOM, and lots more. With beach access on the property line.
Sunsetyards is the perfect family destination ...a classic Sunset Beach three bedroom, two bath with loft home located on the tip of Sunset Point with ocean views from most rooms and deck. This property catches the wonderful trades due to being truly on the Point. We are one house off the beach with beach access twenty feet from house. You can see and hear the surf from inside or outside.
Dining room, living room, master bedroom, 2nd bedroom, and deck, loft have great ocean views and are upstairs. The downstairs bedroom is the largest with it's own entrance and bathroom .
Have your morning coffee or sunset cocktail at the beach or kick back in the hammock under our coconut palms. Enjoy our deck which is under a coconut tree and is half under roof or sit in the sun with ocean views. The house has wonderful air flow with lots of windows and views. Sunsetyards is as close to beachfront as it gets without the high cost.
Children are secure inside the yard, you can lock our gates if you like and enjoy our landscaping...with coconut and other large palms and fragrant plumeria trees. Relax in the hammock and let the kids play in the yard or in the outdoor kid room. Complete kid fort with toys and art supplies. There is a large locking storage with 5 new bikes, 3 boogie boards,beach chairs, umbrellas, and other beach equipment, and surfracks. The furnishings are tropical and comfortable. New stone floors with refinished wood on walls and floors. High ceiling fans with diming lights. Granite countertops, all new bathrooms, surf photography, stained glass, mermaid mosaic, and other artisic touches throughout.
This is a great value at Sunset Point. The beach just in front of house is one of the best spots on the North Shore for swimming, surfing, or snorkeling. The large cove on north side of this point has intermidiate surf spot. There are many expert only breaks all round the point. On the west side of point we have the world famous Sunset Point. Just in front of house is one of the more protected swimming areas for children or adults when surf is up (Oct. to March). This is rare and very needed for families in the winter season.
All these are white sand beaches with beautiful water. This is the closest to beachfront as it gets without the high costs.
Aloha, and comfort has been thought of in every personal touch of this house inside and out. This is not a house for parties, wedding parties, or any gatherings other than the guests staying at Sunsetyards. Loud groups will not be tolerated and will lose secrity deposit if neighbors complain of large groups disturbing the peace or keeping neighbors awake. We prefer families above groups of adults. And we ask serious drinkers to go elsewhere. PLESE NOTE THIS IS A NON-SMOKING PROPERTY... NO SMOKING ALLOWED ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY.

We are a family that loves the ocean and respects our environment. We manage responsibly and pay all our taxes. We love Hawaii and we are a surf family that enjoys the business of sharing what we have created. The property and house are always immaculate. We have worked very hard for years remodeling the entire property and take great pride in offering a house that has it all in an awesome location.
We welcome respectful guests that will care for our home and be aware of close neighbors in the quiet neighborhood of Sunset Point.
Why the Owner Chose Sunset Beach
I Chose this location because it's a great family neighborhood with a swimming spot that is protected during large swells. Also because it is far enough from Kam. hwy. not to hear the steet noise. In both directions there are white sand beaches, amazing surf, and beauty.
The Unique Benefits of this House
The bikes! The ocean views and the wonderful airflow of the trades are wonderful. Also the deck and yard are very comfortable. The beach is beautiful. I love the classic style of Sunsetyards and the views from all the upstairs rooms. A great family neighborhood.

We had an amazing stay here. Owner was very helpful and available. House had everyhing you could need and was an excellent location right at the beach. The bikes with kids' seats were so handy. Plus, there were beach towels, umbrellas, boogie boards & snorkeling gear. We would definitely return in the future!

We are a family of three and recently holidayed at Sunsetyards, the house was immaculately cleaned and well appointed with both great indoor and outdoor living. Bikes, boogie boards, snorkeling gear and beach chairs were an added and well used bonus. Beaches are a short walk and bike ride away along with the famous Teds Bakery. Many other great beaches are a short drive - Waimea Bay and the beach where the Turtles sunbathe were favourites. The owner was really helpful with great local knowledge as well as pointing my husband in the right direction for surf spots. Would recommend without hesitation. We look forward to returning in the near future. Aloha

My family and I loved our time on the North Shore and the Sunset Yards House was a major part of the fun. The house was perfect, with all the toys you could want at the beach, bikes, snorkeling gear, surfboards & boogie boards. The owner was great answering any questions, giving advice and she even went out of her way to get us a bike seat my son would fit in. I was there to surf and she knows all the breaks on the North Shore and when & where to go. The house is in the perfect location, a short walk to Ted's Bakery and an even shorter walk to the great Sunset Point beach. We can't wait until we can return and we will be staying at the Sunset Yards House again.

We have just returned from or vacation at Sunset yards and already miss the sound of the pounding surf coming through our windows at night.. we arrived late and had no idea when we got up in the morning, we'd see the most beautiful sight of the beach and waves from from our breakfast table. We enoyed the short distance/stroll to the beach with our 29 month old and the bike rides along the beach path road that leads to many more beachs, the bikes were provided, along with toddler seat on cruiser. We snorkled, surfed.. boogie boarded and ate great food daily. There is a hammock placed in the perfect spot for an afternoon nap in the shade with an island breeze and the sound of the waves in the background. We enjoyed staying at Sunset yards with our family. Our toddler loved it as well and played daily in the play room outside with toys and books, games and balls. We would highly recommend Sunsetyards to anyone interested in a family surf/beach vacation. We look forward to our next visit. Aloha and thank you for your Hospitality!

We just got home from our second stay at Sunset Yards and had a wonderful time . . . again. I can't say enough positive things about this home, the location, Joy and Bobby (who rent the property), etc. We arrived to the sound of Hawaiian music playing on the stereo, with fresh flowers on the dining room table and in the bedroom - a very welcoming homecoming. This house is fabulous with all the comforts of home. The location is perfect if you want a restful vacation with great beaches and snorkeling, but not too far to enjoy other events, such as Waikiki, Pearl Harbor, the waterpark, etc. Haleiwa is close by if you want to go out to dinner or go kayaking, or if you want to spend some down time wandering through shops. Snorkeling beaches abound - Turtle beach is right down the highway, and there is a grocery story very close. Couple all of this with the amenities provided (bikes, beach chairs, snorkeling equipment, beach towels, laundry facilities, full kitchen, etc.) and you cannot possible beat the price. In addition, there are a lot of places on the North Shore that advertise, but are not as they appear to be on VRBO. Sunset Yards is all and more. You won't regret staying here - it is a fabulous location. Don't rent if you want to party late into the night - that would not be appropriate in this neighborhood. But if you are a family looking for a nice, peaceful get away, you couldn't make a better choice. Aloha and have a great time!

We had an amazing time at Sunset Yards in June of this year, for our anniversary: beautiful, clean home, great views, cool trade winds and the sound of the ocean as we slept. After 4 nights in Waikiki, the calm neighborhood and relaxed atmosphere of Sunset Yards and the North Shore was just what we were looking for. Quiet, lovely neighborhood. We rode bikes on the bike path to go snorkeling in world famous Shark’s Cove; learned to surf on Chun’s Reef, and watched sea turtles sun themselves on the beach. House is a short drive (or bike ride) to grocery store, and a short drive to Hale’iwa for shave ice and shops... We loved our stay.
