The house is located just steps from the beach with Grayton Beach State Park and protected coastal dune lakes on both sides. There is a continuous bike path for biking or walking along Highway 30A. The natural surroundings are beautiful and very peaceful.
Our home has been recently renovated, and a new pool was added. The floor plan is as roomy and spacious as you'll find, with the great room being the central room in the house. Great for parties!!
