Seaescape is a newly remodeled, 2 bedroom, 2 bath townhome in exclusive Barrier Dunes. Barrier Dunes is a beautiful gated community with lush landscaping, street lights, two swimming pools, lighted tennis courts, playground, stocked fishing ponds, clubhouse and three beach accesses. A pet friendly community, with dog stations throughout the entire complex!
Just steps away are the sugar white sandy beaches of Cape San Blas! This 1st tier townhome has beautiful views one of the stocked ponds and gulf as well as excellent view of the gulf front pool.
Recently renovated, this townhome has new appliances, tile flooring on the first level, well stocked kitchen with all the kitchen supplies to make your stay just like home! We want you to enjoy your vacation and strive to meet all your needs to make your stay memorable!
The location of Seaescape offers each beach access to the gulf front pool and the beach! Just around the corner are the lighted tennis courts and 2nd pool. Also, there is a playground for the kids to enjoy! Kids will love to practice their casting in one of the three stocked fishing ponds as well as feeding the turtles! In order to make your trip easy, we provide beach chairs, beach umbrella, toys, and boogie boards!
Situated at the end of Cape San Blas, Barrier Dunes is less than 5 minutes away from St. Joseph's State Park, a 2000 acre park that offers 3 miles of paved bike paths and 8 miles of beaches from the entrance to the tip of the Cape! The State Park also has a boat launch called Eagle Harbor. The bay is just like being in a life size aquarium where you can snorkel, jet ski, boat and kayak!

We just returned from a fantastic trip to Barrier Dunes and Seaescape. The unit is exactly as shown on vrbo and actually better in person! From the completely stocked kitchen to the beach chairs, umbrella's, sand toys and more; we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. We had a very good experience at Seascape. Unit is nicely appointed and clean. Plenty of supplies. Large master and living room. Hope to return sometime in the near future.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

My wife and 2 dogs had a great and relaxing vacation at Seaescape at Barrier Dunes! This townhouse was beautifully decorated with great amenities and was conveniently located to everything you needed for a relaxing vacation at the beach. We grilled out on the main deck almost each night, which had a great view of the gulf and gulf-front swimming pool. We made great use of the 55' flat screen TV in the living room and they had more than enough premium movie channels available. Barrier Dunes is such a pet-friendly area and it was great to have all of the clean-up stations throughout the development. Definitely bring your bikes and ride up to St. Joseph's State Park or ride up to Coneheads for a great meal! This was our first visit to Cape San Blas and we loved it! Cindy and Debbie were VERY FRIENDLY & ACCOMODATING in planning our vacation getaway and they were always nearby in case we needed anything! (They even helped us with recommendations for dinner!)Recommended for: Age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.
