This stylish split-level apartment is on the top floor of a Victorian townhouse on the fashionable Prince of Wales Road in Chalk Farm.
The main living space is warm and inviting, with two large grey sofas, an antique style desk, large mirror on one wall and an original fireplace with exposed brickwork surround. A splash of maroon comes from the abstract painting on one wall and there are many other interesting pieces of art throughout. This is a lovely space for entertaining, with a large flatscreen tv with Sky and a super surround sound system.
The room is spacious with two sash windows on one side and another in the kitchen at the far end of the room. The dining table and chairs are alongside another wall of exposed brick, which has a built-in wine rack and there are wooden floors throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped with a modern hob and cooker, a fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
The master bedroom is an impressive space, with a double bed, a white chest of drawers and a large fitted wardrobe. Dark wood French windows open out onto a lovely balcony space. The second bedroom has a double bed with a black & white floral bedstead, pine chest of drawers, a large built-in cupboard and a free-standing full length mirror.
The modern bathroom has a bath with shower attachment over it, a loo, sink and heated towel rail.
The local areas of Chalk Farm and Kentish Town have a variety of delights, from the Camden Market to gastro pubs and restaurants and state of the art sports centres. There are many boutique shops and art galleries to explore and you are also near the upmarket areas of Primrose Hill and Hampstead Heath.
Kentish Town West is the nearest station, about a minute’s walk away! This joins the overground line which can take you directly to Stratford and the Olympic park in 25 minutes!
Alternatively, Chalk Farm tube station is just 5 minutes away and connects to the Northern line. There are many buses leaving from nearby Kentish Town Road which will take you to all areas of the Capital.

In questo appartamento ci siamo trovati benissimo, é molto spazioso e luminoso. Viaggiando in quattro abbiamo approfittato dello spazio extra ed abbiamo utilizzato l'appartamento come base per i nostri spostamenti in centro: visite a musei e shopping. Speriamo di ritornare presto!Recommended for: Families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, sightseeing.
