My Grand Father bought this property in the sixties he along with my Father and other local men built this 2,200 sq. ft brick ranch style house sitting on 25 acres. He farmed the land with the help of my Grand Mother and the rest of the family that would help. He had a milk cow beef cattle and hogs . I got to help him with making Molasses and taking up hay to feed the live stock. He worked very hard to raise food for his family. When my grandparents passed we purchased the farm. This little area is just one of those places that most people just want to come back to time and time again. Down at the Creek Side Market you just find a few men sitting on the porch whittling and tell some pretty tall tales some of which are very true and some not so true its hard to tell the difference, and you'll probably get to hear some fine picking and grinning.
The people around here still care about each other. I guarantee if you have trouble some one will stop to accommodate you.
I Personally will take the time to make sure your stay with us is pleasurable as possible. The Heritage of our mountains are very special to us. I want to make this property an affordable place that you want to return to and tell your friends about . You can Build a fire in the fire pit and grill some burgers while you relax. Then take the kids down to the pond for some fishing, while you enjoy the lower view of the back forty.
We have a ATV club just a few miles from us where you can purchase you riders permit to access 80,000 acres of TWRA land literally hundreds of miles of trails that is maintained by the TWRA folks. Also Horse Back Riding, Hiking, Hunting, Fishing.
The Rocky Mt Elk Foundation along with TWRA has been stocking the Magnificent Elk which use to be native to our area. There is a Elk viewing station that can be accessed by the ATV trails. They're usually a pretty good chance of getting to see the Elk.
From our house it is about 30 minutes from the beautiful Norris Lake which is 300 ft deep in some areas, clear blue water awesome fishing, water skiing jet boats with some great Marinas for food and entertainment.
Keywords: Great privacy 25 acre farm just a few miles from Ride Royal Blue.com 80,000 acres of TWRA land to ride, hunt, fish, or just unwind it is awesome for that. Give us a try i'm sure you want be sorry.

We have stayed here two times so far and plan on returning. The home is nice and cozy and equipped for cooking and grilling. Marshall was our 4-wheeling guide and showed us the ropes for hitting the trails. A super experienced guide who aims to please! We love royal blue and have stayed at the campground as well. This home offers so much more for a better price. Our kids really enjoyed the pond and creek on the farm as well! Best of all, Marvin goes above and beyond to make his guests right at home. I highly recommend this home for small or larger groups!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children, adventure seekers.

What a great place ,we had a guys weekend four wheeling Marvin the owner even tagged along with us on our ride he also set us up with a guide "Marshall" who not only showed us around but entertained us the whole day .Not only did we have a great time we felt like we made two new friends.Marshall even set us up for dinner at the creekside store where they cooked us ribeyes. The house was great the hospitality even better I highly recommend staying here if you get the chance. The only complaint we had was that we couldn't stay longer. We will definetly be back!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, people with disabilities.

We used this for our home base for our four wheeling trip and it couldn't have suited us more. Marvin went out of his way to accomodate our needs. Everything was as represented in the write up and what a back yard. We didn't do any cooking so I can't address that aspect but it was all right there. The home is in excellent shape and clean. We're planning to come back in the October or November for our four wheeling trip again. The big screen tv with satellite is a big hit for guys. One car did drive down the road in front the whole three days and we ran to the door thinking we had company.Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, adventure seekers.

We stayed at the property for three nights while on an ATV trip. There were only two of us, but there is plenty of room for up to ten. We left the house on our ATV's everyday without having to trailer anywhere. The Creekside Market is just down the road and serves breakfast, lunch and dinner everyday but Sunday. Friendly folks and great meals. Marvin (the owner) was there when we arrived to show us around and answer any questions. The bedrooms are nice sized and the big screen TV with satellite was nice to have for unwinding in the evening. Nice house, peaceful beautiful surroundings and great people made our first ATV trip to Tennessee a great time. We are already planning to return in the fall. If you are going ATVing, you will want to have Marvin hook you up with the local guide Marshall Bolton. I don't believe anyone down there could know the area better. Super nice guy!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, adventure seekers.

This was our third time to stay in this house and it is great. It's comfortable, plenty of room, and it's in a great location. On this last trip my daughters and I stayed at the house on one day while the guys had a "guys ride". We had a blast fishing in the pond behind the house. We also had a great time in the game room playing pool. And when the kids got tired we sacked out in the living room to watch a little bit of tv. (Big screen tv AND Directv. Couldn't get better). Every morning before we ride we go down to the Creekside Market to eat breakfast. The people are very friendly. Seriously, I've never been to a place where the people are so friendly. We meet our guide there. His name is Marshall Lee Bolton. YOU NEED HIM! He's great. He knows every trail, on the map and not on the map. Would never ride without him. After a day of riding we go back to the Creekside Market to eat supper, then ride back to the house. It's great to have the full bathrooms to get clean, a washer and dryer to wash our clothes, and a comfortable bed to sleep in. Like I said, this was our third trip staying in this house and we will definitely be coming back!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, pet owners, age 55+, families with young children, adventure seekers, people with disabilities.
Owner response: We are comitted to making our customers feel at home. This house is a special place for every one that has been there. We want to reach as many people as possible and make them know that Southern hospitstly still does exist. We appriciate your kind words and look forward to seeing you again. Marvin & Donna Seibers
