The Melinda is a beautiful two bedroom and two bath with a large living room (and a huge couch!). This is a very special property! Although it may be in a normal apartment complex, others do not compare. Inside, you will find stunning decor arranged with a real home away from home feel.
Our newest property in the South Lamar neighborhood. The Melinda's location is considered to be in the top 12th percentile of walkability in Austin according to WalkScore. What does this mean to you?! Well most errands can be accomplished on foot :)
