Wonderful single family home just minutes from the beach! Everything you need for your home away from home!
Enjoy a day at the beach, and come home to relaxation! Enjoy roasting marshmallows by the built in firepit. Put the kids to bed and then hang out in the hot tub, once the sun goes down.
Fully equipped kitchen, free wi-fi, basic cable, three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a King sized bed and private bath. One bedroom has bunk beds plus an additional twin, and the third has a standard double. Downstairs, there is a pull out couch.
Kids? Our backyard has room to roam. We have a playset, and a dog lead (should you want to bring along your well behaved pet)
Our home is just 10 minutes from beautiful downtown Ogunquit, Maine, 15 minutes from discount shopping malls in Kittery, less than an hour to historic Portland, Maine, and about an hour to Boston, Mass. The perfect hub for daytrippers!

I have been going to York since I was a kid. i wanted to see my own children experience the same happiness I did. However, i didnt want a hotel experience for them i wanted "the best of both worlds". A beach experience during the day, Walking around a gem of a New England town in the evening, and a fire outside at night. Never thought it would happen. We found this house and it was more then i could have imagined. Beautiful house, anything you could need and more. The fire pit was perfect, 1 mile drive to long sands, playground for the kids in the backyard, and for the grown ups...a jacuzzi!! Our day was as follows. Breakfast, beach, lunch from the general store, home, jacuzzi, coconut rum, dinner, lighthouse or town, home and fire...perfect. Also, the owners could not be better to deal with. They are entrusting there home to you for a week, and could not be more hospitable. Even left us a smal jar of jam from stonewall kitchen! I could keep going on and on, i wont. If you are looking for a New England beach vacation, with a hint of luxury and camping....rent this house!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway.
