Foliage weeks beautiful mountains surrounding our pristine lake.
Come spend time in the lakes/mountain region. Great
hiking trails, great for biking too. Lots of nice restaurants.
Our New Hampshire townhouse is located in Bristol, less
than 2 hours north of Boston, directly on Newfound
Lake. Summer is out your back door. No roads to
cross, directly on the water! Gradual sandy beach,
roped off swim area. Sun and sunsets, shady spots too.
Spacious level lawn with plenty of room for the kids to
run and play. Tennis court and volleyball net on the
sand. This is ideally the best spot on Newfound Lake,
for kids and adults alike.
Our lovely two story townhouse has 3 bedrooms - two on the second floor with a bathroom and one on the first floor and another bathroom.
We also have a den with a flat screen T.V.
Kitchen, dinning and living area is an open concept with vaulted ceiling.
Off the living area (and right on the water) is a large deck.
Off the living area there is also a screened in room - great for your morning coffee while gazing at the lake.
For your use we have an umbrella table and chairs, gas grill, beach chairs, two kayaks along with life vests. You can easily rent a motor boat at the marina, which is within walking distance.
There are many hiking trails, restaurants, golf courses, shopping outlet (30 minuets away). Even a country store within walking distance. Great for an evening ice cream.
Ragged Mountain and Tenney Mountain are both 15 miles away.
Explore Sculptured Rocks and Welton Falls, climb Mt. Cardigan, ride a zip line, bike around the lake, go fishing, boating, and swimming.
We enjoy all 4 seasons in this beautiful mountain/lakes region.

Just a few steps from the beach, we could not ask for a better location. The condo was spacious, clean and perfect for us and our small child. We were within walking distance to ice cream, a seafood shack and small grocery store. Very pleased with owners communication as well. We will definitely come back!!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.
