This beautiful 2nd floor condo offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a den. It is fully furnished and comes with everything you might need from a can opener to a BBQ. The den with bunk bed offers the kids their own little getaway.
This resort offers an outdoor pool and hot tub on the 3rd floor rooftop, fitness facility and steam room, coffee shop, salon and spa, and one of Kelowna's trendiest restaurants the Cabana Bar and Grill. It is a 2 minute walk from the beach and a 5 minute walk to Starbucks. This location is perfect if you're visiting Kelowna as it is only a 5 minute drive from downtown and 10 minutes to the mall.

great location in Kelowna
great location in Kelowna
We booked this condo at Playa del Sol because it had a pool and was close to the beach. We traveled with 4 adults and two children. It was located with in driving distance to shopping and walking distance to a small beach. we had a great experience. Ben was not able to meet us but had a friend bring by the keys and go over the ins and outs of the property. Ben was quick to respond to my emails and texts. i would book his condo again. Plenty of room for the 6 of us and a small dog.

I really love this building and stay here often, this condo was very professionally run and the property manager was very kind and welcoming. This unit backs onto the creekside which creates a nice little peaceful getaway. Would book with them again soon.

Very well located. Close to beach area and ameneties. Swimming pool excellent for children and adults. Very well kept and clean condo with more than adequate space. Sheltered parking provided with easy access to condo. Very pleasant and obliging owner and staff . Higly recommended for families with and without children,

Playa del Sol is the perfect place to stay while in Kelowna. The pool deck and lounge area are divine! Ben's condo is really great too and we had an incredible stay. Ben is super accomodating and a really nice guy! Would definitely recommend this gorgeous condo for an awesome Kelowna vacation. :) Hope to be back soon!

About the owner: About the owner: My name is Ben and I am a young real estate investor. I served with the Canadian Army in Afghanistan in 2009/10 and saved the money I made to buy my first investment property in my home town of Kelowna, B.C. These days, I work in the Alberta oil fields during the winter and work for the ministry of Forestry fighting forest fires over the summer. I'm also doing my Bachelors Degree in Business Real Estate via correspondence from UBC Okanagan. I am very outgoing and personable and would love to help you discover Kelowna and enjoy your time here as much as possible.
