ESCAPE to Scallop Pass and RELAX at one of the most secluded and natural Florida beaches, located on highway 30-A near Cape San Blas, between St. Vincent’s Island and the state park. Scallop Pass is a newly constructed, pet friendly, gulf-front home consisting of 3 levels, each with its own unobstructed view and all levels accessible by elevator. Once you arrive you will feel as though you have been transported to a quiet beach from your childhood, where you can monitor the sea turtles and build a bonfire on the beach just a few feet from the house.
When you pull up to the ground floor you will notice there is plenty of room to maneuver your boat trailer. That along with many other amenities makes this house highly attractive to boaters, including the scallop/fish cleaning station with a full sized sink. The ground floor also consists of a spacious deck with plenty of room for children to play and for everyone to rinse off in the outdoor shower. Here you will also find a storage closet for all of your beach toys, chairs, etc.
The 2nd floor consists of 4 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a king bed with a private walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 is a gulf-view room with a queen bed and a jack-and-jill full bath which connects to Bedroom 3. Bedroom 3 is a gulf front room with a queen bed. Bedroom 4 is a gulf-front bedroom with 2 bunk bed sets. Bedrooms 3 and 4 connect to the 1st floor furnished deck and have stairs leading down to the patio which accesses the beach. The 2nd floor also has a laundry room complete with a full sized washer and dryer.
The 3rd floor has a gulf front living room opening to expansive views through sliding glass doors which lead to a deck complete with a dining table to seat 6. The living area includes a large flat screen TV and DVD with a sleeper sofa; gulf front dining area, and spacious kitchen; game room with a double futon, TV, DVD and game table; full bath with walk-in shower; and Bedroom 5 which has a queen bed with gulf view.
The 4th level has a sitting area which leads into the over-sized gulf front master suite complete with a king bed, private deck, and full bath with double vanities, Jacuzzi tub, separate shower and large walk-in closet.
All bedrooms are complete with flat screen TVs and DVDs.
