Dinville Villa is a 6 bedroom / 4.5 bath home which will accommodate up to 14 guests comfortably, but we try to limit occupancy to 12 people to protect the integrity of the home.
The bedrooms consist of 2 masters, one of which is a King size bed, the other a Queen, both with en-suite facilities, two further Queen size bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms.
Every bedroom has TV and DVD and one twin bedroom is themed for children.
There is also a sofa bed in the main living area too.
Other Features of Dinville include a seperate sitting area / dining area, a very spacious kitchen, a large living room, and a laundry room with full size washer and dryer.
The garage has been converted into a superb games room, which also has cable TV installed as well as a pool table, foosball and air hockey table.
The whole house is very well furnished and the main living area boasts a 51 inch Widescreen HDTV and DVD player.
This home also has free wireless high-speed internet access, which is complimentary to all guests.
The kitchen is fully fitted too, with a dishwasher, microwave, full refrigerator, stove, coffee machine, toaster, waste disposal and telephone and you will find alll your crockery and cutlery as well as towels and linens supplied for your stay.
Sliding patio doors from the family room open onto a covered patio which features a large screened-in swimming pool and a spa, for families it is worth noting too that this pool area has a child safety net installed for added security.
To the rear of the home, there is a wall that may appeal to those wanting extra privacy in the pool area.
With everything that Dinville offers, and the proximity it enjoys to all the local amenities and attractions, it is no wonder that this home has proved to be a great success with our clients.

First off, my experience with Kyla from the management company was great. She was always quick to answer my questions and was really helpful in arranging for us to have a double stroller for our trip. I rented it through her and it was in the house waiting for us upon our arrival. I have nothing but positive things to say about her. However, the house was disappointing. It was nice space for our party of 12 but the photos of the house must have been taken a while ago because the carpet does not look like that anymore. It is very dirty. It looks like someone spilled a drink in several spots and left stains. And it just looked like it needed a throrough shampooing. I didn't want to walk on the carpet without my shoes on. Also, the pool table only had one cue and a tiny little piece of chalk that you couldn't really use. And the air hockey game really didn't work. The pool gate did not close completely so it really wasn't safe. In addition, the large TV in the main living room was not good...blurry/fuzzy screen. None of the rooms had clocks in them. Not a huge deal but just another way the house felt cheap to us. Also, I know this is a self service home but we had to buy trash bags and dish soap. This is the 3rd time we rented in this community (with 2 other owners) and we never had to get that basic stuff. I understand food and toiletries but trash bags? Again, made the house feel cheap. Staying at Windsor Hills was great. I would stay in this community again but I would not stay in this house or recommend it to others.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0
