About the owner: We bought this wonderful townhome years ago as a 2nd home to be near family, and as a retirement home later. We LOVE coming here because it's so restful and such a comfortable layout for family to visit. The small children always find friends to play with in the pool, while the older ones love the surf. Adults enjoy proximity to activities for all ages.
Why the Owner Chose Solana Beach:
We already owned a lovely home in Solana Beach, also on the bluff and were very happy with it and the town. We were out one day and looked at this property and fell in love with the fabulous views! Its a never ending work of art from the deck, living room and dining room. Also there is a smaller balcony off the dining room to grill out or relax.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome:
The garage parking is a big plus for us, since street parking can be a challenge in the summer.
Easy access to beach and town and Del Mar Race track are major attractions for us.
Our family all love to come visit, and the 2 levels work quite well for adult after games/cards/hanging out while children retire to bed.
The living room and dining room are quite large w very comfortable furniture which accomodates entertaining extended family
