This corner unit has a side yard and front yard. Great for children to run around and play. Best of both worlds as beachfront with yard, no stairs/elevator needed and patio setup. Complex private property on opposite side of beach road has private tennis courts, private boat docks and boat launch for tying up your boat or fishing with family, gazebo for viewing and watching the boats pass by. Complex is quiet and great for families.
