  My wife and I and 2 kids stayed in this apartment for a week in August 2012. Fantastic location-park the car and and walk everywhere. The deck is huge, catch the sun all day and enjoy the BBQ. Highend details throughout this apartment. The owners were very helpful, made everything easy-thanks.

  My fiance and I stayed at this gorgeous condo for the week around our wedding, to get some space to ourselves, as well as to have a lovely spot to for guests to visit. The large kitchen, living, and dinning area with mirrors and second bathroom, and swivel barstools, was perfect for girls getting ready on the big day. The enormous deck was brilliant for out of town visitors to meet and mingle. And the super comfy king sized bed certainly ensured that a bride could get her much needed beauty sleep. On top of the fabulous condo itself, Alannah was fast to respond and eager to help with any questions we had. I would not hesitate to book this condo again for a luxurious accommodation so close to everything!

  I must tell you that I've been using VRBO for about 5 years and have never felt the need to comment on an apartment until now. This home and homeowner has gone significantly above and beyond what our expectations were. We were a very last minute reservation and Alannah had the home ready and cleaned for us within hours (unexpected surprise). We were even able to come in early to drop off some items while they where cleaning. The cleaning person noticed that we had small boys in our family and so she left extra batteries for Wii for the boys (unexpected surprise). The home has a more than adequate full kitchen complete with items that you may have forgotten (teas, peppers, butter, condiments etc) (unexpected surprise). When we got there, there was a very complete manual for how to's for everything including very simple instructions to make the gigantic deck evening-ready and tranquil. We honestly loved our time in this home. Parking was easy, check out was easy and Alannah left many great dining tips and ideas in the unit. Oh yeah, I almost forgot we just got home and realized that my son left his brand new watch in the sheets, Alannah kindly shipped them to us express right away. If you are at all considering this home, don't hesitate!

  This is a gem of a place. Not only is it located in a fabulous neighbourhood, but the owners have gone to great lengths to create a directory of everything there is to do within walking distance of the accommodations! This made it easier to get around and plan the days without wondering where anything was. All of their recommendations were solid. The interior is perfectly renovated and from the moment you step inside you feel like you are welcome and at home. It is perfectly clean and all the appliances are new and a real bonus - brand new front loading washer and dryer! All the towels were plush and in perfect condition. We loved the deck and BBQ, it made relaxing a treat - perfect for catching some sun and it's completely decorated and furnished. The bedroom makes you feel like you are sleeping on a cozy ship all cradled in the comfort of a King size bed with exquisite linens, lots of space to unpack and a TV Underground parking was secure and felt very safe. The entire building is friendly, well maintained and felt very secure. Would definitely come back anytime of the year! You literally just walk in, unpack and you are home!

  This place could NOT have been more amazing. We were stunned from the moment we opened the front door. The Condo is nothing less than spectacular. It has been renovated with "Home Magazine" caliber quality. Everything from the counter tops to the bedding was heavenly. The HUGE patio deck was the ultimate place to unwind and have a glass of wine...or two! The Condo is walkable to so many restaurants and establishments...We could not recommend it more! The Hosts were also extremely accessible through both telephone and e-mail...It made us feel very taken care of. It you are lucky enough to stay here for any length of time...you will know what we mean.

  My husband and I and our 2 younger kids stayed at this condo and from the moment we booked, it was a fabulous experience! The condo was absolutely perfect and GORGEOUS! The patio was an absolute dream as we spent a few nights out there enjoying wine and cheese while the kids played games at the table.All the appliances including the BBQ are new and were awesome. The condo is stocked with everything you could possibly need... although we did run out of tin foil (it was replenished that afternoon;). The bed was one of the most comfy beds I've slept in and the living room couch makes into a bed which the kids thought was fab! We walked and took the bus most everywhere as the location is awesome and located very central! Bus stops literally out the door. Alannah and Peter have put together a book full of restaurants, places to go, things to see recommendations and we tried quite a few of them...and let me tell you- they were all wonderful! Not only was the condo wonderful, but the help and communication with the owners was very easy and helpful. Our vacation was a blast and at the end of the day, after all our activities, we looked forward to going"home"...which is how we thought of it... our home away from home.

  This was a great spot. Re-modeled extremely tastefully. It has a huge patio this is very good for entertaining. It only has 1 bedroom, but our 10 and 11 year old were able to adjust the the huge area of the sofa into a bed and they slept no problem. It is also not that far from Kits beach - 12 blocks. We walked several times. For a single person or couple this place is amazing. For someone with small kids it works well also. The reason we rented it was that we wanted to entertain on the patio and it was perfect for that. Overall, I would highly recommend this property

  Wonderful urban feel to this well laid out and stylishly decorated condo. Very secure property with underground parking. Lovely kitchen, outfitted with everything you would need for meal prep. King size bed in loft bedroom is ultra comfortable. There's also a large deck area that is quite private, and suitable for entertaining, bbq-ing, etc. There's also a great dining area separate from the kitchen - just in case the weather isn't ideal to be on the deck. Kits is a fabulous area to be in, with a multitude of amazing restaurants, unique shopping, easy transit to anywhere! So glad my husband and I decided to stay here rather than yet another (yawn!) hotel room. This experience was far superior. We would definitely recommend this property to friends and family who come to Vancouver.
