Perfect Location with Ocean View, in the Center of the Beach and Downtown

  Owners were very friendly. Tony is the great guy. He welcomed me like an old friend and I left with a new friend. The location is really great. 1 block to old town and 2 blocks to the pier. Many restaurants within walking distance. Don't miss Billies in old town. The condo is spacious and in quiet neighborhood. New Year's Eve was even quiet! Bed is comfortable. Biggest surprise was that San Clemente is very friendly and with very little wind. I stayed the month of January.

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, tourists without a car, girls getaway.

  My wife and I were looking for a place to get away for the weekend and this place was great! Quiet and relaxing. Clean with everything in working order. Satellite TV in both the living and bedroom and Wi-Fi. We took the Amtrak train which drops you off right at the pier. The place was easy to walk to from there and easy to walk to restaurants/shops on Avenida Del Mar. The rental manager Anthony was very accommodating with our schedule for checking in and lives very close so was easy to help with any problems if needed. It was also nice to have the paperwork and rules for the place be really simple (we've stayed at other places with multiple pages of rules, which can make it less relaxing sometimes). We have stayed in San Clemente twice now and this was by far the best spot for a weekend away. We would stay here again!

  Recommended for: Families with young children, romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

  Our family had a great time staying in this beautiful apartment, it was immaculate upon arrival and a lot of thoughtful consideration was put into the decor and amenities (i.e.:towels, cleaning supplies, etc...). Anthony and his grandfather where gracious hosts and readily available to fulfill any requests we had during our stay. The location of the apartment was perfect a five minute walk to the either the beach or shops along Del Mar St., the historic and quaint Old San Clemente shopping district. We where able to stroll through the amazing Farmers Market in the morning fix lunch with the farm fresh produce and walk to the beach for a day of fun playing in the waves with our son (3) and daughter (11). the only difficult part of our stay was having to leave.

  Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

  Great location!! Very nice property, the owners are very hands on, very thoughtful. We would recommend this rental to our clients looking for a vacational rental.

  This was a great rental for our family of 4. We have two smaller children (ages 4 and 7) who loved the accomodations from the bunk beds by night to boogie board and sand toys by day. The house had all the things needed to make a wonderful trip for us all. Since we were only a couple of blocks to the beach and a couple of blocks to the main restaurant/shops district, we were able to park our car and walk for the entire stay. Quite a treat to be able to unwind for a few days in the surf and great restaurants/shopping. We had never been to San Clemente previously but it was a quiet and relaxed place both day and night with everything needed for a great vacation. Highly recommended!!
