Just across the street from the ocean is 906 E Arctic. Decorated with comfortable furnishings and bright beachy colors this cottage gives off a great feeing of relaxation and fun. With a large sunroom and 2 living areas there is plenty of room for the family to spread out . The sitting room has a large bar that even has an icemaker. Great for those frozen drinks on the deck. The deck has comfortable furniture as well as a picnic table for outside dining in those heavenly Folly breezes. Downstairs has a large dining area and kitchen with a screened porch complete with rockers. For the kids there is PlayStation 3, a pack and play, and child gates with a fenced in yard for safety. We have recently added a new indoor/ outdoor C/H/A, two 46" flat screen tv's, and two blu-ray DVD players in the family rooms. If you're looking for comfort, fun and plenty of room this great cottage is for you. Come make some Folly memories.
