We have stayed in different Terra Mar condos over the last 7 years, but this was our first time renting directly through an owner. This was absolutely our favorite! We immediately felt comfortable after speaking with the owner before we rented. We enjoyed 3 wonderful weeks in this beautifully upgraded condo. The amenities were awesome and everything was so clean! The remodeled kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking. The lanai furniture was excellent and we enjoyed many breakfasts and sunsets out there while taking in the fabulous view. This was the first unit we stayed in that had WiFi, TVs in both bedrooms as well as the living room and king beds in both bedrooms. All of these amenities made this unit superior to the other units we have rented. The owners are so very nice and really took care to make sure we were set for our stay. We highly recommend this condo!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, adventure seekers.

This is the first time we rented through an owner. My family has been going to the terr marr for 25 years. I know you would think we would be owners by now. However we talked to Dennis and I cannot tel you how wonderful this owner was. He and his wife told us everything we needed to know before we rented and then set us up. When we got there we were blown away. The fact is that for all the years we have been going to the terra mar this is the nicest condo we have stayed in. I have to say that this owner fixed up his condo as if he was never going to rent is out that is how nice it is. Whatever you do remember we will need two weeks so you can rent around us. Thank you dennis we loved every moment to every moment and every amenity. We will be contacting you next trip!
