This elevated, Lowcountry beach home is surrounded by lush, tropical landscaping and is located one short block to easy beach access and miles of beautiful, family oriented beach. The tropical landscaping includes fruit bearing banana, orange, lime and tangelo trees. Enjoy the afternoon sun in the 32' long x 6' deep, elevated, gunite pool which is accented by extensive IPE decking and is solar heated from approximately April through mid October. The first floor of the interior offers and open living and dining area with direct access to a large, covered deck and wood floors throughout. (Fireplace not available for use) Adjacent to the living and dining area is a beatiful, open and spacious kitchen with granite tops and stainless appliances with an attached laundry room. On the second floor is a large, master bedroom with direct access to a private, covered balcony patio and attached room perfect for a nursery area. Carpet in second floor bedrooms. Owner currently updating most furnishings for 2013 season! Great floor plan and layout for dual families with children! Other features include: ceiling fans in every room, 5 TV's, DVD, WiFi and charcoal grill. No smoking. No pets.
