Other features include: Huge master suite with wet bar, refrigerator, sitting area with Queen Sofa Bed and front and back sundecks with view. First floor features large screend porch, spacious Kitchen with Dining area, huge living room with 2 seating areas, and large back deck with teak dining table, Gas Grill, and fenced back yard. Pets conditional with $200 non refundable fee. Approx 2650 sq ft. ---LAYOUT--- Bedroom 1: Downstairs; Queen bed; shares full bath (shower/tub combo) with Bedroom 2; access to porch. Bedroom 2: Downstairs; 2 Twin beds; shares full bath with Bedroom 1. Bedroom 3: Downstairs; Queen bed; private full bath (shower only); access to deck. Bedroom 4: Upstairs (master); Queen bed; private bath w/ clawfoot tub; sitting area w/ 2 couches (1 is a Queen Sofabed); TV/DVD; access to private front and back decks. Dining area seats 8. 50'HDTV/DVD/DVR in Living Room. **This is a Saturday to Saturday rental from 06/02/12 to 08/25/12; requires a week minimum stay at all times.**
