Walking up the stairway of this traditional low country home, you know you have arrived at a special place for your Seabrook Island vacation! Open the front door and look into a spacious, two story living room with large TV, dining area. Continue your view through the huge expanse of windows to the in-ground pool and hot tub (seasonal) and golf course beyond.
This is a newly built home! All the furnishings are new! It is stunning! The kitchen is gorgeous with granite counter tops, new appliances and a center island with space for four to eat comfortably. There is a comfy sitting area with French doors leading out to the patio and pool!
Adjacent to kitchen is convenient stairway for easy loading of supplies and groceries from the garage below.
The first floor master bedroom has a king size bed, TV and french doors leading to the patio and pool! The adjoining master bath has a massive shower, Jacuzzi tub, separate water closet and many closets for storage.
Upstairs are two additional bedrooms. The 2nd bedroom has a king size bed with an adjoining full bathroom. The 3rd bedroom has a queen size bed and its own adjoining bath.
A bonus area upstairs has a large work/study desk you need to do any work. It also makes a perfect reading area.
The fabulous inground pool overlooks the golf course! This is a fabulous home to enjoy the new pool, hot tub, gas grill with family and friends!
Beach access is a short stroll away or a quick drive to one of many parking areas to the beach boardwalks.
Beauty and thoughtful decorating throughout will make this a vacation to remember on SBI.

I cannot say enough great things about this house and Seabrook Island in general. The house is beautiful, it is very quiet and relaxing, and the private pool/hot tub is amazing. There are not a lot of houses with a private pool/hot tub in this area and this pool is brand new and just a great way to relax and enjoy your vacation. There are plenty of activities to do in this area, but to be honest we loved the house so much we spent most of our time there and around the pool. The view from the backyard pool is beautiful and you also have a view of the golf course that is very nice. The kitchen is a dream if you decide you want to stay at home and cook. All the bedrooms are very nice and the master bathroom is huge! Also, it was very convenient having the garage to park your car. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone else looking to stay in this area. We will definitely stay here again the next time we come back to Seabrook Island. Also, I have to express my appreciation to the property manager and the owners for all their assistance. It was a great vacation! Thanks again!!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children.
