The home blends rich materials, inviting furnishings, a tranquil color scheme and interesting accents for a casually elegant beach home. Enjoy the light through the plantation shutter covered windows in the living room, dining room and kitchen, along with the Brazilian cherry floors, V-groove and bead board paneling in the living room, which also features two large sofas, several comfortable chairs, a large flat screen over the fireplace, 16 ft cathedral ceiling with a 72' diameter ceiling fan. Adjacent to the dining area, warm honed black granite counter surfaces accent maple cabinets and stainless steel appliances. Four counter stools expand the seating capacity of the dining room to 16+. A generous size refrigerator, under counter ice maker, beverage cooler and walk-in pantry are provided. All bedrooms are tastefully decorated with colorful accents and each is appointed with a flat screen television, DVD player, bedside table with lamp, mirror, ceiling fan and many rooms include a dressing chair. The bedrooms on the second and third floor are convenient to the third floor living area by elevator or interior staircase, accented with cherry treads and handrails.
