This unit is comfortablely furnished and tastefully decorated and it is a great value for a large family, multiple families, and golfer getaways. Our condo is located in the Ocean Club condo complex, considered by many to be one of the nicest in the Wild Dunes Community. Gated grounds with guard control, elevator access and a semi private beach provide desired tranquility and relaxation. It is within walking distance to the Links Clubhouse and a short drive from many of the historic sights and fabulous restaurants located in and around Charleston. Some of the extra features of this unit include 4 TV's including a 40' Flat Screen TV in the living room, WIFI, Wet Bar, Jacuzzi Tub, and linens. ---LAYOUT--- Bedroom 1: 2 Twin beds with Trundles; Full private bath; TV. Bedroom 2: Queen; Full private bath; TV/VCR. Bedroom 3: King; Full private bath with Jacuzzi tub and a stand alone shower, TV/DVD. Additional 1/2 bath in hallway. Dining area: seats 6 with additional seating for 2. **This is a Saturday to Saturday rental from 6/1/13 to 8/24/13: 3 night minimum in off season with a $130 cleaning fee on 3 night rentals.*
