Less than a block from the Sea of Cortez, this villa is home to the 'best' beach in Loreto. It is right next to The 4 star Loreto Bay Inn where our guests can enjoy all the amenities like beachside pools and hot tub, shade palapas with beach chairs, restaurants, an 18 hole golf course, kayak rentals shop and more. All on 3 miles of private secluded beach, Loreto is where the mountains come to swim. Situated between the Sea of Cortez and the stunning Sierra de La Gigante mountain range, this delightful Beachside community villa has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. Newly built in 2008 it has all the comforts of home.
Enter this brand new 2200 square foot Villa through large wood and iron doors into an entry way garden. Once inside, walk down a brick archway to the 'Greatroom' where you look out through large wooden French doors into the courtyard with a water fountain and garden - state of art kitchen/ livingroom/ diningroom with all the luxury appliances you need. Beautifully decorated with warm colors, authentic mexican tile and cozy surroundings, you are surrounded in luxury. Look through the back doors of the dining room and see a large courtyard with fountain. Once outside, take a stroll to the community fruit trees and pick yourself an orange or lime.
Master bedroom on the second floor, has a tempurpedic foam King bed, juliet balcony, antique armoire, TV and DVR along with a large private full bath with two sinks, a shower and soaking tub with a view of the mountains.
The 2nd master bedroom has a new pillow top King bed, antique armoire and a private bath with 2 hand painted sinks, a shower and soaking tub.
The 3rd bedroom (we call it the kids room) has two twin beds with antique oak headboards and footboards, along with a futon which can sleep up to 2 people. Has TV and DVR and its own private bath with 2 hand painted sinks, a shower and private closet.
Enjoy a large 2nd story patio with a built-in barbecue cooking center. With spectacular views of the mountains and then climb the spiral staircase to the 3rd floor viewing tower with even more spectacular views. Sit sipping margaritas under the cool breeze of the ceiling fan above and enjoy the sunsets and sunrises. That's why we call our home...Villa Del Sol Naciente...House of the Rising Sun!
A quick hour and 50 minutes flight from LAX and then a quick 8 minute drive to the Villa from the Loreto International (LTO) airport gets you here fast! You can be meeting new friends and drinking margaritas by 2:00 ;)
