This elevated 2-story home is only 1.5 blocks from the beach and is a perfect place for you and your friends and family to enjoy a quiet and relaxing beach vacation. When it is time to play, you can walk or ride bikes to the beach, enjoy the shops and restaurants at the front beach business area of the island or travel across the scenic IOP connecter or Ben Sawyer Drawbridge to visit Mount Pleasant or Downtown Charleston. Features include Double Garage, outdoor beach shower, Gas Grill, Fireplace, screened porch, sundeck, new appliances, updated interior, and private yard. There is a 4th Sleeping Area with Queen available, which is a walk-thru room between the 2 bedrooms upstairs. Pets ok with $200 Non Refundable Pet Fee. FLOORPLAN: 1st Floor - Living room with TV and access to Screened Porch and deck, Kitchen, Den with Piano and TV, Bedroom with 2 Twins,Full Bath. 2nd Floor - Bedroom with 2 Queens, TV and private bath, Bedroom with One Queen and private bath.
