On the first floor is a fully applianced eat-in kitchen, a large living room, a dining room, and a lavette. On the second floor is a master suite with a master bath, two additional bedrooms and a full bath. There are hardwood floors throughout the house, with marble floors in the full baths.
From either the kitchen or dining room you walk onto a large patio with a gas grille to enjoy the outdoors. The house has central air conditioning and central vacuum. The property will be available for rental beginning the first week of June 2007 through Labor Day.
Narragansett Pier, with its beaches, shops and restaurants is only 3 miles away. Several public golf courses are within 10 miles.
This beautiful house is also available for winter rental; September 2007 - June 200 for $1500 per month, plus utilities.
