You'll find plenty of privacy in this quiet neighborhood with pine trees & natural landscaping. Take a quick walk down the street to enjoy the beach & clear waters of Bakers Pond. Just a few minutes drive to Skaket Beach, Nauset Beach, Nickerson State Park and Downtown Orleans, Chatham, Eastham & Brewster.
There are three bedrooms - Bedroom #1 is on the main floor & has one king bed, Bedroom #2 is on the 2nd floor & has 2 twin size beds, & Bedroom #3 which is also on the 2nd floor has a full-size futon and a full-size bed. Please bring your own sheets & towels. Pillows, quilts & blankets are on the beds for you.
We rent weekly during the months of July & Aug. We require 50% of your total rental fee to reserve your dates. Reservation is not guaranteed until deposit is received. The remaining rental fee is due at least one week before your arrival. This gives us enough time to get the key mailed out to you by priority mail. We rent by the night Sept through June & require full payment to reserve your dates.
We don't employ a professional cleaning service so you will be responsible for tidying the house before check-out (vacuuming, wiping down the countertops, etc). All cleaning supplies as well as a central vac system are available for you.
Check-in is 2pm & check-out is 12noon.
