Beautifully decorated 4 Bedroom, three and a half bathroom home in a private community within the Wild Dunes Resort. The House is located on the Links Golf course, just 200 yards from the beach and enjoys access to the Pelican Bay community Pool. Features include: large gourmet kitchen with an eating area that seats 6, a breakfast bar that seats 2, and a dining area that seats 8 comfortably. There is a screened porch off of the kitchen. A deck located off of the dining room, and a screened porch off of the living room both overlook the Links Golf course. There is a powder room on the first floor as well. The home has 3 Flatscreen TVs and 3 DVD players, cable, stereo system, and wireless internet. ---LAYOUT--- Bedroom 1: Downstairs; Queen; Full private bath; TV/DVD, walk-in closet, access to deck. Bedroom 2: Upstairs; 1 Double and 1 Twin; Shares full bath with hall; private deck. Bedroom 3: Upstairs; King Master Suite,Full private bath (jacuzzi tub/stand alone shower); TV/DVD,Walk-in closet, private deck. Bedroom 4: Upstairs; 1 Double and 1 Twin; Shares full bath with hall; Private deck. Dining area: seats 8 with additional seating for 6 at a 2nd table. Additional 1/2 bath on 1st floor by the entrance. Flat screen TV in living room.
