Enjoy numerous breathtaking views of Maine's Maranacook Lake (8 x 3/4 miles) in a recently renovated lakefront home. Large picture windows offer fantastic views to the west, perfect for summer sunsets across the lake. Few neighbors and a multitude of pine and birch trees offer the perfect combination for seclusion and relaxation. A good-sized yard facing the lake offers enough space for large outdoor gatherings and games. See and hear local wildlife including great blue herons, beavers, and loons calling across the lake in the evenings.

Three story house are available for rent(see note below). Master bedroom and second bedroom with bunk beds. One large living room on ground floor with wall of picture windows facing west across lake. Second living room on second floor between bedrooms with desk and computer area.

NOTE: Third floor of house is finished to drywall and painting, but no carpeting. Full bath finished and deck overlooking the lake also on third floor.

Great starting point for day excursions to the ocean (one hour to Popham Beach, Reid State Park, Camden/Rockland, Portland, Bar Harbor, Sunday River or Sugarloaf) or Freeport Outlet stores and L.L. Bean (45 minutes).
