Classic Elegance in the Heart of the French Quarter!!

  A very nice and clean condo, with comfortable bed, and close to everything. Owners were nice and accessible. Personally, I like to cook, and was surprised that there weren't more staples such as vinegar, oil. There was just enough coffee to make 2 cups the next morning after our arrival. No tea, and no powered cream for coffee. The kitchen cupboards are empty. The bathroom is very small, but clean and nice. The hot water for shower is scalding, so people should be forewarned, or owners need to turn down to a safer level. My first shower, was unpleasant, as I burned myself, when I thought I was turning more cold water on, when I actually turned it off. The knobs are opposite of most faucets...so be careful. Another safety issue is no rubber mat to keep from slipping in the tub, as well as no bath mat to step out to. And one final safety issue is there are no fire extinguishers, in case of fire. The door in the back bedroom has a deadbolt, and could not be used in case of fire. There are no windows, and the only way to escape would be the front door. I hope the owners will not take my remarks as criticism, but that of real concern for their liability in the future.

  Everything was just perfect ! Clean, beautiful décor. The bed was the BEST bed I have ever slept in! We missed a night out as we went to take a little nap after dinner and slept till the next morning! Great location, we didn't need a car at all. It is a little dark inside and the bdrm could use a secondary light source but other than that its just perfect. Highly recommend this condo, we are making plans for next year.

  We really loved this little place! We thought it was going to be noisier being so close to Bourbon St. But it was surprisingly quiet at bedtime. And the bed was so,so comfy:). We had a wonderful time and would definitely return. Also, thanks for the great recommendations for food and entertainment!

  If you are looking for a place to stay in the heart of the french quarter that is right off Burbon street, this is a fantastic condo. The location is great, the condo furnishings, decor and amenities are all top notch. The only thing negative about this place was the lack of natural light. If you are planning to spend a lot of time inside the condo during the day, it can become depressing. Apart from that we were very happy with the condo. The owners of the condo were extremely pleasant to deal with and they made sure that everything was provider for and checked in on us when we arrived to make sure everything is to our satisfaction.

  This was a wonderful wonderful rental so centrally located to everything with one caveat: Being a half block from Bourbon Street did not lend itself to quiet nights. If you are a light sleeper [or if you have to get up early to do the marathon, as we did!], it might not be the ideal location. But with ipod plugged in, the problem was solved. It is within walking distance of almost everything you could want to do. Will definitely recommend it to friends.

  We had a wonderful time during our stay in the French Quarter. The apartment was just as pictured, clean, close to the action, and wonderfully quiet in the bedroom. You can definitely hear the music and noise from the French Quarter in the front room, but we slept very well each night in the bedroom. The bed itself is very comfortable too! The property owners were prompt with all communication, and made sure to check-in with us during our time there. I would definitely recommend this property to someone else.

  What a gem....location is great and the place itself was just super. Had a wonderful time! Highly recommend this Condo, if you like to be close to the action on Bourbon! The owners were wonderful to work with and stayed in touch and were there to answer any questions......customer service... We will be staying here again on our next trip to NOLA.

  Great clean property. Comes complete with everything you need. If you are looking for space, this is just right for 2 adults. 3 or 4 would be cramped but could manage. Walking distance to everything! Not as loud as I thought it would be. Would recommend highly and will return.

  We stayed for Labor Day weekend. This place is in the heart of it all. 1/2 block off of Bourbon Street. The owners have out done their selves. Everything you could need or want is in this apartment. The bed is really comfortable. No closets but, large wardrobe to put everything in and a large dresser. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook anything. The bathroom is a little small but nicely redone and is plenty big enough for a couple to get ready. The living room is nice and the couch has a pull out bed. so if you have kids its perfect. Plus, they have a door from the living room to the kitchen/bedroom so you have privacy in the bedroom. We even locked ourselves out of the apartment and the owners live in another state but were fast about getting us a key. The owners are really nice and will address any issues, should you have one (don't think you will) I have spent many years going to NEW ORLEANS and this place is the best. It saved us a lot of walking and there are stores everywhere. They even had a case of water in the fridge. We really needed that in the mornings. LOL. In closing if you are looking for the biggest bang for you buck. Stay here you will not regret it. We will stay here every time we go from now on. Thanks guys for reading this and enjoy your stay.

  The condo was amazing! Right in the middle of all the action, couldn"t ask for anything more. Very clean and comfy place to come back to after a day of sight seeing or partying. New Orleans is a wonderful city and coming back to a place like this made it even better! We will deffinitly be back!!!
