A very nice and clean condo, with comfortable bed, and close to everything. Owners were nice and accessible. Personally, I like to cook, and was surprised that there weren't more staples such as vinegar, oil. There was just enough coffee to make 2 cups the next morning after our arrival. No tea, and no powered cream for coffee. The kitchen cupboards are empty. The bathroom is very small, but clean and nice. The hot water for shower is scalding, so people should be forewarned, or owners need to turn down to a safer level. My first shower, was unpleasant, as I burned myself, when I thought I was turning more cold water on, when I actually turned it off. The knobs are opposite of most faucets...so be careful. Another safety issue is no rubber mat to keep from slipping in the tub, as well as no bath mat to step out to. And one final safety issue is there are no fire extinguishers, in case of fire. The door in the back bedroom has a deadbolt, and could not be used in case of fire. There are no windows, and the only way to escape would be the front door. I hope the owners will not take my remarks as criticism, but that of real concern for their liability in the future.

Everything was just perfect ! Clean, beautiful décor. The bed was the BEST bed I have ever slept in! We missed a night out as we went to take a little nap after dinner and slept till the next morning! Great location, we didn't need a car at all. It is a little dark inside and the bdrm could use a secondary light source but other than that its just perfect. Highly recommend this condo, we are making plans for next year.

We really loved this little place! We thought it was going to be noisier being so close to Bourbon St. But it was surprisingly quiet at bedtime. And the bed was so,so comfy:). We had a wonderful time and would definitely return. Also, thanks for the great recommendations for food and entertainment!

If you are looking for a place to stay in the heart of the french quarter that is right off Burbon street, this is a fantastic condo. The location is great, the condo furnishings, decor and amenities are all top notch. The only thing negative about this place was the lack of natural light. If you are planning to spend a lot of time inside the condo during the day, it can become depressing. Apart from that we were very happy with the condo. The owners of the condo were extremely pleasant to deal with and they made sure that everything was provider for and checked in on us when we arrived to make sure everything is to our satisfaction.

This was a wonderful wonderful rental so centrally located to everything with one caveat: Being a half block from Bourbon Street did not lend itself to quiet nights. If you are a light sleeper [or if you have to get up early to do the marathon, as we did!], it might not be the ideal location. But with ipod plugged in, the problem was solved. It is within walking distance of almost everything you could want to do. Will definitely recommend it to friends.

We had a wonderful time during our stay in the French Quarter. The apartment was just as pictured, clean, close to the action, and wonderfully quiet in the bedroom. You can definitely hear the music and noise from the French Quarter in the front room, but we slept very well each night in the bedroom. The bed itself is very comfortable too! The property owners were prompt with all communication, and made sure to check-in with us during our time there. I would definitely recommend this property to someone else.

What a gem....location is great and the place itself was just super. Had a wonderful time! Highly recommend this Condo, if you like to be close to the action on Bourbon! The owners were wonderful to work with and stayed in touch and were there to answer any questions......customer service... We will be staying here again on our next trip to NOLA.

Great clean property. Comes complete with everything you need. If you are looking for space, this is just right for 2 adults. 3 or 4 would be cramped but could manage. Walking distance to everything! Not as loud as I thought it would be. Would recommend highly and will return.

The condo was amazing! Right in the middle of all the action, couldn"t ask for anything more. Very clean and comfy place to come back to after a day of sight seeing or partying. New Orleans is a wonderful city and coming back to a place like this made it even better! We will deffinitly be back!!!

I had never been to New Orleans before this weekend and I am ready to go back. The Place was immaculate. Dan and Stacy Really did think of everything when they designed and furnished this perfect NOLA getaway. Smack dab in the middle of it all with a quiet enough bedroom for a light sleeper like me to peacefully rest in. Me and my girlfriend loved every bit of it, from the handsome hardwood floors to the thoughtfully picked local art that adorned the walls. We could not have asked for a better place to truly live, see, feel and be New Orleans and we will certainly be back.

Beautiful Condo! Steps from Bourbon Street!

We spent Thanksgiving weekend at this lovely condo. It was our first experience using VRBO. Daniel and Stacy were very accommodating and easy to keep in touch with. I agree with other reviewers, this place IS immaculate! The space was just perfect! Great for a couple or two. The decor and furnishings were very nice. The bed was extremely comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked, everything you need for cooking and entertaining. Special touches made this place very warm and inviting. The location is right around the corner from Bourbon Street and you can hear the noise. We were expecting that, nothing some ear plugs wouldn't cure. Overall, a fabulous condo, great location and awesome owners! We will be back again.

This rental is absolutely immaculate and everything we could have asked for. The location is central to everything French Quarter, and about a 15-30 minute cab ride to everything else (like plantations and lower ninth ward etc...). As mentioned in previous reviews, sound can be a bit of an issue, especially Fri & Sat (but really everyday). We arrived on a Saturday and the bar on the corner, literally named the Krazy Corner, was rockin at FULL volume until 4 or 5 am the next day! Bring earplugs, or you will likely struggle to sleep. Other than the noise issue, this rental is the real deal perfect place to stay in NOLA. Thank you Daniel and Stacey for an honestly unforgettable experience!!

We had a wonderful stay in this perfect condo. I almost hate to say how great it is, because I don't want everyone staying there when I want to go! :) It's a great location. The pictures don't do it justice. We loved it and can't wait to stay there again. The owners check to be sure everything is ok. It's very clean, well maintained, the kitchen is state of the art and has all the amenities. Can't say enough good things about it. AND the bed is comfortable! Love it!

Great condo. Great location. Daniel and Stacy are excellent to work with. They go the extra mile to make everything perfect. This is my first time to stay in a VRBO in NOLA, and I am sold. So much better than a hotel or B&B. We will definitely try to book this rental on our next trip.

My husband and I are in Nola 5-7 times a year. We stay at higher end hotels or friend's condos when we are there. We stayed at this condo in October when our other options were unavailable and we were very pleased. I don't know if I can accurately convey how clean and well appointed this place is. The kitchen is beautiful, well stocked and the owners have thought of everything. Like other reviewers mention, it is literally steps from Bourbon Street. That is no exaggeration!! If you are a light sleeper, I suggest ear plugs. I travel with them at all times, no matter where I stay. My husband is a great sleeper, so he had no issues. The owners have really paid attention to detail. They were very easy to work with. The entire transaction was seemless. I would definitely recommend staying here.

My husband and I stayed for the weekend. It's a great condo - very nice inside and clean. Fantastic location - within easy walking distance to anything in the French Quarter. The only little downside is that because it is very close to Bourbon St. it can be a little loud. Other than that, it was a fantastic place and we were very happy with it and would stay there again!

We stayed for Labor Day weekend. This place is in the heart of it all. 1/2 block off of Bourbon Street. The owners have out done their selves. Everything you could need or want is in this apartment. The bed is really comfortable. No closets but, large wardrobe to put everything in and a large dresser. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook anything. The bathroom is a little small but nicely redone and is plenty big enough for a couple to get ready. The living room is nice and the couch has a pull out bed. so if you have kids its perfect. Plus, they have a door from the living room to the kitchen/bedroom so you have privacy in the bedroom. We even locked ourselves out of the apartment and the owners live in another state but were fast about getting us a key. The owners are really nice and will address any issues, should you have one (don't think you will) I have spent many years going to NEW ORLEANS and this place is the best. It saved us a lot of walking and there are stores everywhere. They even had a case of water in the fridge. We really needed that in the mornings. LOL. In closing if you are looking for the biggest bang for you buck. Stay here you will not regret it. We will stay here every time we go from now on. Thanks guys for reading this and enjoy your stay.

Great stay right off Bourbon

Apologies on my delayed review! We spent a week at the end of August and tho we have stayed in both hotels and rented places in our previous trips to NOLA this was our first experience using VRBO. Daniel and Stacy were wonderful to deal with and took the time to make sure their guests were happy. Pre-trip communications were smooth and arrangements worked out perfectly. The condo was immaculate, Seriously immaculate. And I'm picky. Well-supplied in general one nice touch was the pair of umbrellas... very thoughtful. Beyond that it was really nicely designed and furnished. The kitchen was really great. And I'm picky. We are big NOLA fans and love the French Quarter. Keep in mind the condo is literally STEPS to Bourbon St. It's a scene late into the evening. Be aware of sound issues. For us it worked wonderfully. We'd love to stay there again. D and S took the time to follow up after and they were really great. Wonderful time. Great place to stay.

We travel quite a bit and New Orleans is one of our favorite cities. The food, excitement, and atmosphere cannot be found anywhere else in the USA. All types of entertainment to suit anyone's taste is within walking distance of this fantastic condo. The accomodations are top of the line just as it is described in the listing. It is evident when you walk in the door, the owners take pride in providing the best. We highly recommend staying in this beautiful condo. We are already planning our next trip to NOLA and we will definitely stay here !

This was a beautifully furnished first floor condo that was as advertised and met all expectations. Great for one couple and a little tight with two kids along but we out most of the time. Comfortable bed and a great kitchen (though we ate out). The price was right and we would return anytime.

The condo was awesome, in a great location, walking distance to everything. We did drive to New Orleans from Texas and the parking was a few blocks away but well worth it. It was a great experience and would go again. Def. stay in this condo again the owners are very nice and full of great information of the area.

Just returned from visiting and staying in this beautiful rental located just steps from the action of Bourbon street. You cannot go wrong by staying here...great rate, great owners to work with, excellent and safe location. You are withing walking distance to everything. Better than the local hotel rooms because you acutally have room to move around and the kitchen is awesome if you want to cook a meal. I liked having the extra goodies to enjoy too..bottled water, cafe du monde coffee, etc! Beautifully decorated and VERY clean! The bed is SO comfortable and top quality linens and towels...with extras to spare. So glad I chose to rent from Daniel and Stacy for our anniversary trip! Stop looking and choose this one!!!!!!

We would highly recommend this Condo for your vacation to New Orleans. My husband and I and 2 teenage daughters stayed here before boarding a cruise to Mexico. The location is great. Easy walking distance to everything to see in New Orleans. It is less than a block of Bourbon street. It does come with free parking which is several blocks away. It was pretty easy to park on the side walk and take our bags in then go park. We arrived at around 8:30pm on a Saturday night which was a bit of a challenge because of the crowds on Bourbon Street. I would recommend an earlier arrival if it's possible. The condo has beautiful furnishings and the bed was very comfortable. All the comforts of home just a few steps from Bourbon St. We do plan on returning and staying here again.

We go to N. O. all the time but this time we wanted to stay somewhere other than the basic hotel. Boy what a great decision. This condo is absolutely beautiful... the kitchen is amazing. Someone definitely has an eye for detail. Perfect size, perfectly located right off Bourbon, perfectly set up with everything you would need for a pleasant stay. Only Con I have is I couldn't stay longer. Condo was very clean. The owners were very pleasant to deal with. Daniel and Stacy, thank you for allowing others to share your "perfect little hideaway" in the French Quarter.

My wife and I travel to New Orleans several times a year on vacation. We love the atmosphere and the easy pace of everything. Up until now we have stayed in either boutique hotels in the French Quarter, Central Business District or in other condos. On our search of VRBO for our latest getaway we noticed this listing. Since it was new we thought we'd give it a shot. The pictures looked great and the location seemed perfect. We contacted the owner and he was very accomodating and professional. The owner mailed us the keys, which we liked. In some condos and vacation rentals you must meet with a representative to get the keys and it wastes time. This allowed us to go right into vacation mode without having to do more work to get into the condo upon arrival. Included in the rental was a gated parking spot. It is a little bit of a walk down Decatur Street but nothing out of the ordinary for the French Quarter. This was the first time we had gated parking included in the rate and it spoiled us! Once we got into the condo we were greeted with a clean, well decorated space. From the iron lights to the French furniture and the New Orleans cookbook the owners have really put a French Quarter/New Orleans touch into the condo. The location was GREAT! It's just steps off of Bourbon and a half a block from Pat O'Briens. All in all this is a great place to stay when in New Orleans. We reserved this condo for our next stay later this year and I am happy to give the condo and the owners a 5 star rating.

My husband and I stayed at this condo the first weekend in May. First and foremost, the accessiblility to Bourbon Street and all of the festivites is amazing...literally within 10 steps. In saying that, it's still a pretty quiet condo when you're trying to call it a night. The entire condo and ambience was impressive and a very cool vibe...Updated Everything...Nice linens, soft "clean" towels, beautifully decorated, storage, and a gourmet kitchen. We even did a small shrimp boil one night because we were walking distance to the Fresh Market. We come to NOLA quite a bit, and this is the nicest place we've stayed so far. Can't wait to go back.
