Our Bethany Beach condo is nestled on Heron Lake amid large pine trees, with a large screened wraparound porch facing west for you to watch spectacular sunsets. Our lower-level condo comfortably sleeps 6 with beautiful 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, coordinated artwork and a fully-stocked kitchen.
The master bedroom has a queen bed and private bath with jetted tub, separate shower, walk-in closet & TV w/DVD player. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a TV, third bedroom has two twin beds with a TV.
The location on Sandollar Court is a short walk to the aquatic center, fitness center, tennis center, playground, walking paths and the free tram shuttle to the 1 1/2 mile of guarded, private beach.
Enjoy the beach, splash in one of the ten pools, including two indoor pools, play tennis on one of the 32 tennis courts, ride a beach bike, play one of our many board games, watch one of the movies, read a book from the library, check your E-mail with the courtesy free high-speed internet with WIFI access, or just chill out with a cocktail on the porch and watch the sunset!

It's very rare that you get exactly what you expect in a vacation property! I'd recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxing time in a great location. Perfect for a family vacation. We will definitely go backRecommended for: Families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

Hi Sharron, We are completely out of the rental unit. We had a wonderful time. Thank you very much. This was much-needed beach time with our grandson. You have a very nice place. We are putting the keys in the mail on our way out of town. All of the individual and parking passes are in the appropriate plastic envelopes in the house Thank you. Sharron, I just have to say that we had the vacation of our lives this summer! Your place was perfect for us, and we could see the loving care you put into your home. What a lovely place, and a perfect location for us. The kids went fishing almost every day, and my daughter Catherine even caught "the king of the pond" once! He must have been a foot long! We had such a wonderful time this year (out of 7 years running) that we are considering buying a place in Sea Colony when we return to DC next summer. Sharon, We just loved staying at your charming beach condo. We would love to rent again next year. Unfortunately my husband will not know his time off til about 4 months prior. Chances are he will get his first request... So can we pick a date now? Yes you may! If by chance he does not get his first choice may we get a refund our deposit provided that we give you a 4 month notice? Yes you may! Or of course is your unit is available the week he is given off for vacation we would prefer to transfer the deposit to that date.
