Perfect weekend get away for a couple or group gathering. Located 15 minutes from downtown Milledgeville, restaraunts, and shopping. Large back deck can seat up to 12 people for large group cook outs while overlooking the lake. Tie up bass boat to dock or just fish off the dock. Kids will love swimming in the clearest water on the lake which is fed from fresh spings on the Lakes East End. Deck furniture which includes 2 tables, 12 chairs, in addition to dock furniture which includes 4 piece set and variety of chairs for sitting on dock or putting your 'toes in the sand' on the sandy beach.
Kids can enjoy playing a game of basketball in the concrete drive or a game of foosball in the garage.
End the night relaxing by a camp fire with a fire pits, and then settle in for the night in large master bedroom with King Size bed and view of the lake. Televisions in all rooms for convenience and comfort after a day in the sun.

The lake house was exactly as described in the ad. Our family had a a great time. We fished off the dock and caught several fish, and having brought our boat, we enjoyed tubing and skiing. The kids enjoyed the beach area, and we enjoyed several meals on the back porch. We would definitely consider staying again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

About the owner: My wife and I purchased our lake home the first year we moved to Georgia from Kentucky. We took many weekends in our search of the perfect home away from home.
