We traveled all of the Caribbean & parts of Central America & South America on business always enjoying the wonderful people and sites. From the moment you drive through our gates & are greeted by our live on property caretaker, Rolando, you are HOME!
It was late Friday when our guests called that they had lost their US passports for their Monday PM flight home. What to do? Call Raul our Property Mgr. & quickly he made contact with the US embassy in San Jose, arranged for an experienced driver to meet them early in San Jose & take them to the Embassy & back to catch their 4:00 flight Home. We cover all the bases.
We built our home on top of a wind swept hill facing the Pacific 1/2 mile to the West & the San Marco Mountains to the East 5 miles away.View to us as Successful realtors in Miami is what was paramount along with comfort. Yet we wanted to be able to have contact with the people and a safe convenient place to escape the hustle and bustle. Swing all day & night or swing in a hammock poolside!
Our grandchildren love it here and always want to return for the activities. The spa is perfect for toddlers.
Aside from a professional English speaking Manager, Raul Miranda, we have a live on site caretaker, Rolando, and his family living full time in a small Casita on the property which is walled and gated. Many remote properties do not offer the security to which we are accustom.
The pool is very private for sunbathing with the jacuzzi and chaise lounges.

This house is very spacious and comes with the very helpful assistance of the owners local acquaintances! They were very nice at helping us find everything from a pharmacy to lending a camera for a few day when ours was broken. It was nicely cleaned and well stocked. The only difficulty would be that it is off the beaten path for those without a vehicle.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, pet owners, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

My husband and I stayed at Casa Wow in February, 2011 and had such a wonderful time. that we returned in April. 2012. The house is just as depicted on the web, only better. The kitchen and laundry facilities are excellent and the house has air conditioning when needed.. On hot days, there is always a breeze at the Gazebo by the swimming pool. It is only 5 minutes into Quepos business area and close to Emanual Antonio State Park and beaches. If you stay long enough, you can drive to the Aranal Volcano and Hot Springs (about a 2 hour drive) or arrange with Raul for a car to take you there. There is Zip Linining, Rain Forests, etc. nearby. Raul, the house manager will help you with your sightseeing plans and can also arrange for deep sea fishing excursions. Again, I have to repeat myself on the comfort of the house. It creates a magnificent vacation in Luxury.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

This home was perfect for us! It provided the right mix of privacy and access to nearby amenities. This was our first time in Costa Rica. We stayed for a week in June and this was an absolute wonderful blend between being able to be a tourist and also being able to integrate with the local community. The house is gorgeous, wonderful views and convenient to just about everything in the area! About the owner: Sandy is originally from Marietta,Ga & Tom from Miami. Both succesful Realtors with Coldwell Banker. Sport fishing brought Tom to Costa Rica in !999 and in 2007 we decided we wanted a vacation home in Costa Rica.
