  This flat was spotless, and in a very safe neighborhood, but very close to some really fun parts of the city. The beds were comfortable, and the flat was exactly as described. We will stay here again!

  As a family of five we found this a great spot to base ourselves for exploring our former hometown with our kids. The description of the apartment is very accurate and we got what we expected. The owner is very responsive and pragmatic. We also got some great tips on things to see and do, which we all enjoyed.

  From my first contact with the host until my deposit check was promptly returned the communication was fantastic! All questions were answered quickly and when we knew we may be arriving early there was accommodation for our luggage....even though we ended up not needing it. Great flat...more spacious than the photos. Very clean,large comfy sleeping areas and plenty of kitchen and bathroom supplies! Nice to have two TV lounge areas for everyone to unwind after a day of exploring the neighborhood and town. Very easy to walk to many shops, restaurants and public transport. Lots of sights very close to the flat. Cant wait to visit again and I will look to this area and flat first.If its available , don't hesitate ..... Book It!!!!!

  We really enjoyed our stay at this flat in North Beach. We really took the opportunity to try different restaurants, shops and services in this neighborhood. Great food, pedicures, and even a trip to the local swimming pool down the hill. We had everything we needed for a great time. We were able to have snacks in between our day trips. We had lots of space so the 5 of us could spread out. So easy to use public transportation in this area. We will come back again. Our host Jack was very helpful and his place was so clean and comfortable. We will recommend this space to others as well.

  The apt was clean and bright and large enough for 3 adults and 2 teenagers. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well appointed. Although our intent was to eat in often, it was difficult with so many wonderful restaurants so close by. (try Cafe Zoetrope for the gnocchi!) All the main attractions were very close and those that weren't were easily accessible by an efficient transit system located a 5 min walk away of the Embarcadero. The owner was extremely accomodating, allowing us early access and letting us stow our baggage in his garage so that we could enjoy our final day unencumbered. Highly, Highly recommended!

  This property is in a perfect location: very walkable to many attractions but even more importantly, very walkable to a streetcar, trolley, or bus route. We didn't need a car the entire time we were there and we went to an Oakland A's game, a Giant's game, and all the "tourist" attractions. The property is also a 5-10 minute walk to a grocery store and a laundromat. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. It is on a hill (as is most of San Francisco) so if you are unable to manage hills or steps, you might want to look elsewhere.

  I stayed in the apartment with my family during mid june. The Apartment was very clean, large, and in a great location for those who want to be within walking distance of everything in San Francisco. Very close to Fisherman's Wharf and a Safeway, about 5-8 minutes by foot. I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a great clean place that likes to be able to walk around the city.

  This flat is convenient to transportation, shopping, dining, and groceries. The layout provided for a quiet stay as the bedrooms are down a hall from the living area. With four travelers coming from far away time zones, this was appreciated as we were on a different sleep patterns for a day or so. The entire condo (particularly the bathroom) was very clean. The kitchen was well equipped and provided plenty of room to spread out. Safeway and Trader Joe's are a 10 minute walk down the hill. We did not have to worry about parking spots because we used zip car. There are two zip car lots within a 10 minute walk as well. I look forward to return to this location and have already recommended it to co-workers. The deposit check was promptly returned as stated in the contract.
