Beautiful beachfront building located mid Estero Island with fantastic Gulf views. The unit is in small building (12 units), just steps from the Gulf of Mexico. It is beautifully furnished and equipped from bedding and beach towels to two flat screen TVs. We have also added an ipod radio and our Internet is password protected. The heated pool is a great place to enjoy the Gulf. The putting green will help you get ready for that round of golf nearby.
We allow short term rentals for those spur of the moment vacation getaways. Take advantage of the great air fares that are offered in the middle of the week because our rentals are not restricted to Saturday check-ins/check-outs! Enjoy the flexibility of a hotel but the accommodations of a condo. We also have a management company located 1/2 mile north of Cornerstone that handles credit card payments and keys for us.
This is a wonderful spot for a couple to unwind at a small resort condominium. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and a grocery store one half mile away. This is a great location on the beach with exceptional facilities; I'm sure you will enjoy it as much we do.

I've stayed here in the past and it was great! I love riding bicycles on the beach from lovers key to the pier. This Island so so cozy, it is a wonderful place to relax and unwind. When you sit on the patio, the shore is so close, the waves rolling in is like being on a boat. I could sit there all night and wait for the sunset! Love it!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+.

Our stay was wonderful! The condo was perfectly equipped and comfortable, the weather was excellent, the water warm and every sunset beautiful! We did not have a car, preferred just bikes which was great. Riding on the beach was so much fun, the grocery store just a three minute ride and both the town and the state park within biking range- it is an exceptionally bike friendly enviornment. Most notable was the amazingly warm,helpful and friendly demeanour of EVERYONE- the owner (Always Answered Questions Promptly, Provided Restaurant Recommendations and Attractions Info.) the management company,the driver from the airport, the shopkeepers etc. etc. We would definitely return to Cornerstone!

I have been to many condominiums from the gulf shores in Alabama, panama city beach, florida to Fort Myers.....The cornerstone is not the biggest condo I have stayed in, but it is definitely the BEST! The condo is very clean, quiet and has everything one needs for a perfect vacation with their family - I have a 9, 5, and 3 year old who absolutely loved the pool and the beach. In fact, our first day my 3 year old said - "this is fantastic." The condo offers excellent safety features like an elevator the REQUIRES a key to get into, gated pool with key access only, and all the stairs leading to the floors locked with access by key only. From the standpoint of a mom with younger children, this was a huge plus. At night, it was very, very quiet - no noise in the hallways or on the road. The Publix grocery store has a great selection of food and toys, alike, that are not terribly expensive and it was a short walk from the condo. I am very lucky to have found this condo...it fit our family to a "T"! I look forward to many return visits and will work with and recommend LORI for any help needed with your vacation! She's a gem of a condo owner and works with ALL renters - not just those that stay in her unit! Thanks for an amazing 5 days...we are wanting more, already!

Lori was very helpful with our rental. The condo is on a beautiful part of the beach; very private compared to the other complexes. The location is great; Publix is very close. The condo is very clean and the rental agency is close by for any issues. The condo looks just like the photos, and the swimming pool was very warm. We booked our second trip after returning home.
