This spacious and recently renovated villa (NOT A CONDO, MORE LIKE A HOUSE), offers an abundance of amenities and vacation activities. The villa is steps away from your choice of five pools, and a nine iron away from the Robert Trent Jones Golf Course. The world-renowned Hilton Head Beach is a short walk away, or you can hop on the bike path from our villa's deck, and ride to the beach, or enjoy the many miles of bike trails throughout the island.
You may choose to be chauffeured by the new FREE service (available mid-March thru mid-September) of the Palmetto Dunes Buggy. Get personal door to door service to anywhere in the plantation, Palmetto Dunes beach, Shelter Cove Harbor, Shelter Cove Mall, Restaurants, Tennis courts, any of the three golf courses, and enjoy fireworks every Tuesday night at the Shelter Cove Harbor.
This CHEERFUL (beach style) decorated villa makes it fun, containing all the comforts of home and then some. Fully air conditioned, the villa will sleep eight.
As you enter the two-story open foyer, you will see the fully-equipped (newly renovated) kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, disposal, range/oven, dishes, cookware, utensils, and a full-size stacked washer and dryer. A half bath is also on the main level.
The family room has a tropical theme with a sofa,loveseat and oversized chair and ottomon, new 42 inch HD Flat Screen TV, DVD, VCR, large stereo in TV armoire, and a smaller CD player to take outside or to listen to while dining.
The dining area has two tables to allow enough seating for all your family or guests. Two bar stools for added seating (12 seats total). Scrabble, Monopoly, and a few other games and puzzles provided for extra fun.
The first floor master bedroom has a full private bathroom, a king-size bed, 25 inch TV with cable, his and her closets, and a sliding glass door to the outside deck to enjoy the ocean breezes.
Upstairs has two private nice sized bedrooms with VAULTED ceilings for an open feeling. One room offers a brand new queen bed and the other two double beds, a 20" FLAT SCREEN TV with DVD and cable, and a ceiling fan. There is a shared full bathroom for the upstairs bedrooms, and lots of Disney videos for the kids.
Enjoy a Margarita (island favorite), and relax on the new 200 square foot outdoor deck (patio chairs provided.) You can steam crabs, grill out, or roast some marshmallows on the fire pit, and relax as the kids play in the grassy common area catching lizards. Have a great stay!

The owners couldn't have been easier to work with. They actually gave us a pro-rated rate since we were only staying for 5 nights. The size of this villa worked out perfectly for two families. The location was great as well. The beach is a short walk, along with the tennis courts, pools and driving range. Hilton Head is such a great place for walking or biking, we enjoyed all of the time we got to spend outdoors!
