Welcome to 1664 I Street, the north side of a comfy Gulf front duplex. It has one bedroom, one bathroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. It is located on the north end of Fort Myers Beach, in the Times Square district, and accommodates 4 guests.
The open concept of the living and kitchen area allows you to enjoy the fabulous view of the Gulf of Mexico. You’ll probably want to enjoy most of your time relaxing on the shared deck or walking the seven miles of sugar sand beach right at your doorstep. Watch the windsurfers or parasailers as you sip your favorite beverage. The day wouldn’t be complete unless you watch our amazing sunsets. You may even hear cheers from afar; that’s how spectacular they can be.
The bedroom has two full beds and there is a full bathroom in the hallway.
The location of this great duplex is behind Hooters and close to nightlife in Times Square, where you’ll find unique shops and restaurants. A trolley for fifty cents per person runs all day and into the evening. Traveling a few miles south, stop at Topps or Publix supermarkets for necessities. Make a reservation at Bay Front Bistro, an award winning restaurant, located behind Publix, right on beautiful Estero Bay. A little further south, check out Santini Mall and Fish Tale Marina where you can rent a boat and spend the day out on the bay. We have our own Beach Theater where you can sit in comfy chairs and have dinner while watching a movie. Close by is the Fort Myers Beach golf course if a round of golf is on your agenda. Parasailing and wave runner rentals are also available nearby.
Further out you can visit the Ford and Edison Museums, the Calusa Nature Center, the Imaginarium and the Naples Zoo. An airboat or swamp buggy ride through the Everglades could be another vacation experience.
