We contacted Mike Steadman in March of 2013 and rented the house for the month of April. I am a golfer so the golf cart was a plus. The House was a joy to rent, so much so that we rented it again for the month of November. We enjoyed our time there again and have nothing but good things to say about the house and the owners.

As Good As It Gets
Early in the summer of 2012 my wife and I decided to spend several months in S,C.W. So we scrolled through the ads just like you are doing right now, We talked to Mike Steadman, who looks after the family rentals. Mike was great, and we worked out a three month rental (Nov., Dec,Jan.) the most we could get due to a prior booking. The house has been better than we could hope, and the service from Mike and his agent here in S.C.W. couldn't be better. It's very comfy, nicely old fashioned, a great family room as part of the kitchen, a wonderful patio with an easy to use barby, a large master bedroom (ensuite) with a really comfortable bed, and two single beds in the guest bedroom. The location is magical; under two minutes to Stardust golf course, and under two minutes to the fabulous Beardsley Rec Centre. The golf cart is a true bonus because it saves you from having to use your car for short trips, and it saves you significant money when you play golf. When you want to exit the complex, it's two blocks to the outside access road, and another 2 minutes to the main street, Bell Ave. The agent looking after the house lives in S.C.W. is very helpful in answering any questions or concerns. We are moving out in a couple of days, and we are going to miss this holiday home, mucho. This home is going to create a holiday residence for you that is everything and then some.
