Relax and enjoy your well-deserved vacation in our newly owned and decorated two bedroom condo in Largo Mar on the world's most beautiful beaches. We are located on the quiet east end of Thomas Drive near St. Andrews State Park, away from the heavily traveled areas but still within a few miles of any of the desired destinations. There are only 72 units in our three story low-rise condos - no elevators to wait on. This means uncrowded conditions at the pool, on the shuffleboard courts and pool table. No need to get in the car or cross a busy street to get to the beach. You can enjoy beautiful views of the Gulf from your second or third floor balcony and need travel only about 100 yards to be there. Our condo buildings are arranged in a horseshoe shape with the pool in the center, providing a nice family friendly setting at all times of the year. Sure makes it nice and easy to relax on your patio and watch the kids in the pool at the same time.
Inside Description
Our two bedroom unit (over 1200 sq ft) offers a large living room area, fully carpeted and with plenty of comfortable seating space. Also on the walk-in first floor is a fully equipped kitchen with washer and dryer, a refrigerator with ice maker, an electric range as well as a microwave, disposal and dishwasher.
The second floor has a bedroom with a queen size bed and dresser, tv, plus a full bath with walk-in shower.
The third floor has a king size bed and large dresser, plenty of closet space (both bedrooms), full bath with tub/shower, a TV and a balcony overlooking the pool area and for viewing the gulf right from your unit.
There is a queen-size, 19' high air bed which can be used as a third bed on any of the floors with linens, pillows, etc. provided. This enables the unit to sleep 6 comfortably.
The courtyard has a brand new deck with a terrific paver design heading to a short walkway to the beach. Right on the beach is a deck which can be used to relax in the sun or view one of our especially fantastic sunsets. Rental beach chairs and umbrellas
are available right in front of the condo.

The unit is as described and fit our needs perfectly. The location is at the quiet end, which was wonderful for a family that wanted to be away from the liveliness of the spring breakers. Steve was very responsive both before we arrived and while we were there. His recommendation of Dee's Hangout for dinner was spot on. Great sea food. We also had to try Captain Anderson's which was well worth it. Would definitely recommend this unit.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers.

Largo Mar unit 151 was a very nice place. The pictures and description of the unit was accurate. The whole grounds was very pretty and well taken care of. Everything we needed was available to us. We enjoyed the far east side of Panama City Beach. It was not as congested as other areas we have stayed. We would recommend this place to our friends and would love to come back.Recommended for: Families with young children.

I cannot say anything negative about our stay at Largo Mar! We absolutely loved it! It is an excellent location away from the large crowds at PCB. It's a great family friendly complex. Our Unit 151 was everything I was hoping for. It was very clean and well furnished. We also had our own propane grill and 2 beach chairs which was an added bonus. A nice air mattress that 2 children shared was nice. We really liked that the pool area was just outside our patio, and the beach is a very short walk. We stayed here the 1st week of July, which is a crowded time of year, however the beach at this location was not crowded. Traffic was not bad at this end of PCB either. We were close to the attactions that we were interested in and to the Marina located down by St Andrews State Park area. Steve and Angela were great and checked on us to make certain that everything was okay. We will definitely look forward to staying here again!!Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

Our stay in Unit 151 was very pleasant! The decor is a little dated and the carpet is worn, but it was very clean! The beds were comfy. Parking outside the door is a big plus! The condo didn't have a hair dryer so bring your own. Other than that, it had everything we needed! The walk to the beach is super short. There is plenty of beach front available for my own chairs and umbrella. We collected lots of nice shells too. Working with Steve was an added bonus to the stay. Everything was as he said it would be and it is nice to know he is just down the road if we needed anything. We would definately return to this unit!Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway.
